Great spot ... good snacks and bites

Positives: quick and basic but nicely done, early evening "out of season" is one of few cafe places in Rockport that is open, friendly service, low prices, sit outside and enjoy! Improvements: run out fast on lots of dishes - inventory could be better managed :)

Outdoor seating in a cute little shopping area! Delicious dogs and fries! Big menu of options, seafood and hot dogs! Great prices but even better food!!

Located at Bearskin Neck this little restaurant serves a delightful lunch of simple fare. All types of toppings on hot dogs and surprisingly one of the best (and least expensive) lobster rolls around. We had one of those lobster rolls which was as good as they get. Also had the Boston Terrier which is a hot dog smothered in baked... More

We tried the italian greyhound (peppers and onions). This is a fun little place, and the hot dogs were great!

I went here with my husband and sons when we needed a quick dinner in Rockport. Ordering has never been this amusing. Reading the names of the hotdogs is a form of entertainment. We had hotdogs and fried fish. Everything was tasty and fresh. My 11 year old son said his fish was better than the fish he had at... More

First off the hotdogs are tasty and the combinations are unique, but the names are a hoot! I especially love the Seeing Eye Dog! Has a great carrot relish, which I think the owner said was his grandmothers special recipe. I think the schnauzer has sauerkraut....It's just a fun good place to eat!

Strange comment from someone below about the owner 'going out so a long wait' - maybe it was late in the evening or early morning. In the summer, there are always 5-6 people working behind the counter. If you want seafood, there are plenty of choices in the area, this place is primarily a hot dog stand - they offer... More

This place has great atmosphere, huge queues and great fried clams!!! Once you've got your order go and sit around the back and watch the cooking and take it in. Very interesting place. We loved it!

It's an easy choice if you don't like seafood or need a break from all the Fishermans platters you've consumed while on vacation (it just always looks and smells so good!) Unfortunately we got fried items which is so subjective to the fry cook; look I was a poor college student a distant time ago, spending my summers working to... More

Great spot to stop and get a hotdog with whatever kind of topping you want on it. We love to walk Bearskin Neck with our dog, so we can order and then sit outside with him. They also have a fantastic lobster roll. One of the best on Cape Ann.
