My husband and I have just eaten at the Emerson Inn, Rockport. Although the hotel has a beautiful location, the food is terribly overpriced and not of the standard that you would expect in such a well known Inn. There is a new menu and new food at The Grand Cafe. All I have to say is that everyone should try it. If you are looking for fine dining this is the place to good. Incredibly eligant and unique presentation, original flavors and excellent service. The chef even went to all tables himself to make sure everything was superb! more

Great Food Hopeless Service The cuisine at the Grand Café located at the Emerson Inn in Rockport, MA is excellent. Last evening a party of 5 had excellent swordfish and haddock served on a bed of vegetables that were a perfect complement to the delicate fish. The fish tasted as it came from the sea.
