The place is not that big, so eating in, especially with children, is not a very good idea. We decided to order to go. The food was good. House Lo Mein is a bit greasy. Pad thai is awesome; in laws loved them. Their chicken meals were very tasty, accdg to my kids and husband. We'd go back. :) service... More

You can try another Chinese or Schezuan restaurant, but you won't find a better place. Time after time, the food remains consistent, fresh, and absolutely delicious! Chicken with chiles, onions, and black beans is superb as is every other item on the menu!

You can drive right by but if you go in try the lemon chicken excellent. Service is very good just attentive enough but not overboard. Any item from the menu is a winner.

Billy Tse's is the best Chinese Restaurant bar none. My wife particularly loves the Coconut Shrimp dish. Everything served quickly and cooked perfectly. Although we no longer live in the area, we make it a special destination when we visit our friends on the No. Shore.

Clients are from Revere, they picked it. Driving by, you would never pull in. Totally unremarkable curb appeal. Do you know how many times I've been told "we are taking you to the best Chinese joint ever." Then you think "yeah right." So that's how my night started at Billy Tse's. They ordered for me. (I figured I'd get room... More

Start with an Appetizer Platter; you won't be sorry. Soup is outstanding also. Move on to the General Tso's Chicken; Shrimp with LobstAh sauce: and any kind of rice. It's all GOOD. You can park out front if there's a space; if not, go around Back and there's a lot. Yummy!

About the cuisine: better-than-average Chinese American. About the service: Aside from the manager/owner? (older Asian gentleman who's oftentimes hosting next to the door) and the bartenders, the waitstaff drastically lacks customer service training. Instead of going on a rant about the poor service, I'll simply recommend you either do take-out or dine at the bar--the latter of which is always... More

We took our daughter and grandson there last evening and as always it was wonderful! The staff at Billy's is warm and friendly and the food is amazing! Each order is cooked fresh, they do not use MSG and they use only the best ingredients. We shared a number of appetizers such as the chicken wings...crispy and perfectly cooked, beef... More

Lots of people dinning there when we "stumbled" upon it late in the evening (after 9pm). Excellent General Tso's Chicken and Beef Chow Fun. Portion is large and the price is good. They have a tv/bar area on the left, then a sit down/table area in the back and on the right. Overall, a pleasant experience.

My expectations are always rather low for mid-range Chinese restaurants, but I wasn't prepared for the food to be so awful. We order Chinese broccoli in garlic sauce--the broccoli was swimming in a sauce that tasted like soy sauce mixed with cooking oil. I choked down the broccoli without any sauce just to get some greens, but my husband wouldn't... More
