Kelly's Roast Beef located on Revere Beach is great. The food is always good ... the Surf & Turf (small lobster roll and small roast beef sandwich) really can't be beat. Their french fries are really good -- NOT greasy at all (and I'm not a "fries" person). It is strictly a take-out place, but you can each right there... More

This place has always been overpriced but it use to be worth it, now the seafood dinners don't even include their world famous coleslaw and the "plates" are more fries and onion rings than fish. Unfortunately my kids got sick from the clam/ scallop combo plate that was 26$. There are better places in the city now where you can... More

OK. Everyone who comes to Boston wants to eat Lobster and clam chowder. There are expensive places like Legal where you can do that. Or, you can take the T to the last stop, Wonderland, walk about ten minutes along the prettiest and least utilized beaches in the world, and see a little honky-tonk shack called "Kelly's Roast Beef." I... More

Lobster roll was the best we had in Boston. Chowder was full of clams and delicious but could have used some cornstarch. Too thin.

Although they are famous for their roast beef sandwiches, fried clams are the best. They have another location near a freeway but we always prefer to be by the beach. We also think the ones at Revere Beach taste a little better that their other location.

Primarily a vegetarian, I figured that our trip to Revere Beach and Kelly's would mean that I'd be eating french fries or a salad or perhaps even just water for lunch. To my surprise, Kelly's had a vegetarian wrap on their menu which consisted of avocado, lettuce, onions and other fresh veggies. The wrap was fresh, light and tasty yet... More

I had a fried shrimp plate, and my friend had the Surf and Turf a roast beef sandwich & lobster roll. Sat by the beach in Revere and had lunch. Food was Great and worth the $ we try to stop here on a good day when parking is available. Never had a bad meal here at the Origional Kelly's.

Great History, and great food. I tend to always go for the fried Clams. Especially since I cannot get whole clams in the south except for a little hole in the wall in Key West. Growing up in Revere this was the place to hang out. They have been around long enough that my Mom and Dad used to go... More

A very popular restaurant on Revere Beach. The lobster roll was very good. This is the first time we had the onion rings, and they were heavily breaded and tough and chewy.
