Nice atmosphere and good food

We were staying in a Hotel across the street and a local friend recommended Stoneforge for lunch. We sat on the patio which was nice even if overlooking a parking lot. Many of the customers seemed to be regulars. The service was very slow and they mixed up our order but the servers were apologetic... read more

I have been to this restaurant many times and have never been so disappointed. I never mind paying a lot of money for a meal as long as it is excellent. There were 4 of us and 3 of us did not like our meals. My husband ordered off the special menu, short ribs which is one of his favorite... More

Visited for Sunday lunch. As a couple, we both ordered the 'build your own' salad. The greens lacked freshness and other ingredients were similarly tired and so chopped up as to be barely recognizable. The pecan encrusted chicken, however, was quite tasty, as was the grilled chicken We were surprised at the quality of the meal because we had some... More

Stoneforge is our go-to place to unwind and relax. Servers Eni & Angie (dynamic mother/daughter duo) always give a warm welcome with attention to the littlest details. Rich, home-made chicken soup is Monday's soup special; it's chock full of chicken & veggies. Baked Atlantic cod with cracker topping is another favorite, but really, everything is good. In winter, a cozy... More

Went for dinner after a long day visiting Plymouth and other attractions, was looking forward to a nice dinner. Unfortunately, like many places around, value for money is bad and quality is poor. The lobster bisque felt like a microwaved pink pudding, the cod with prosciutto had no flavor nor taste whatsoever of cod. My son had a steak wich... More

Raynham, Mass is a small New England city stretched along its central artery. It has many restaurants but the most encouragement we got was to go to Stone Forge. We thought it a good choice. It is most probably the best restaurant in town with an extremely wide range of food and drink selections. There is a pleasant and clean... More

Hubby and I came here with friends for lunch. The other couple had been many times but it was our first. They knew the waitress but with her friendly disposition and knowledge of all the offerings, I'm sure she is excellent with everyone that walks through the door. Nice decor, comfortable seating, great varied menu, reasonable prices, food was very... More

The service was good the food was alright. The filet mignon was tasteless and the suace was more of a gravy. The sour cream came in a dish wiers it had settled and watery Went to the tavern next day and pizza was good

I, along with family and friends, have been to the Stoneforge many times over the past 8+ years with the same results. The food is mostly subpar while the staff and entertainment is extremely good. The smoked BBQ pizza and buffalo Chix dip are the best things on the menu. It would be better if the menu wasn't so broad... More

So many great choices on the menu. The fish, pastas and steaks are all good. Outside seating with live music was wonderful on this beautiful day! The server was a new girl but you could not tell. A very friendly young lady! I would return again.
