Still The One to Beat In PTown

Just a great vibe and a great room. The food is fantastic and creative and the service top notch. Can't beat the location if you sit overlooking the water and it'd be hard to find a better Vodka selection anywhere east of the Mississippi.

What a surprise to find this gem: great food, romantic atmosphere, sophisticated cocktails, very fine wine list, good service. We came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. You enter the cozy, downstairs dining room and pass a welcoming fireplace. Every table has a gorgeous view of Cape Cod Bay. "Bloody French" cocktails followed by mussels appetizer (cooked in Pernod with... More

Had a great time here. The view is really special. Food was great! Hamburger was cooked to specifications--which is so rare (no pun intended!) these days. Great crab cakes. Staff was great--professional and friendly.

Lobster vindaloo and homemade frech chicken pate were just two of our selections. My mom and I had a fantastic meal, followed by a superb dessert: extreme cookies and cream and peanut butter pie. OMG. Everything was abolutely delicious and just tasted like it was made with love. Our server was adorable, we had a charming water view from the... More

The food was spectacular. As were the drinks. However, the front end is not doing itself any favors. This place needs a serious update. From the clunky plastic menu holders to the sticky, uncovered tables, to the identically clad-in-black service folks - that's just not how it works! Get some paper table coverings, cool aprons for the staff (and let... More

We have been coming here yearly for 5-6 years, and is often our best restaurant meal of the year. Food is always fresh, and dishes combine the most delicious flavors and textures. A favorite is their scallops with fresh pasta and mushrooms, and their pan-fried Cod with citrus butter. Salads, desserts, and cocktails are also outstanding.

We were directed here at the suggestion of the owner of the B&B we stayed at. As it was still the winter season, not many places in PTown were open but that doesn't matter because the Mews was. I got the lobster risotto and my boyfriend got the scallop special and both were tasty but the lobster risotto is probably... More

Went to dinner with the wife's sister and brother-in-law to celebrate the wedding of their daughter. The in-laws have always raved about this restaurant as one of the best they have been to anywhere, and I can understand why. We had a seat upstairs as the downstairs was closed for the season. They have a bistro menu in addition to... More

Half of our group had been here many times before while the other half were Mews Virgins. The food and ambiance were fantastic. The Mahi Mahi special was perfect. The service was spot on. A very enjoyable experience at the end of a tough New England winter. Our friends were right!
