It was Good

I'm not going to write a detailed review because we ate here about 3 weeks ago and much of the detail is now lost. I ordered the lobster curry. It was just okay . . .they didn't prepare it incorrectly but I love the taste of lobster and the curry overpowered it to the point where you couldn't... read more

I had a truly enjoyable meal at the Mews. The waitstaff were genuinely friendly and totally knowledgeable about the food. The service was perfectly timed and the food was quite delicious. I can't recommend the dining experience highly enough!

This is our favorite restaurant in Provincetown. We dined at this restaurant last weekend. It has recently been renovated and is much brighter. They have extended the bar area to accommodate an additional 4-5 seats. The staff is beyond great, the food,,,, some of the best in Provincetown. My wife had a pasta dish which was creamy and delicious. I... More

An ok restaurant but after one bite of the lobster Vindaloo it was apparent the chillie powder had been poured in. I love hot food, very spicey food ( having spent many years in India), but this was mind blowing and inedible . They charged us for both entrees though but gave us a comp. dessert!!! Back at the hotel... More

Hello Wills, and thank you for taking the time to comment. When I heard about the issues with the Vindaloo that night, I came in and tasted it for myself and you are 100% correct - it was unacceptably spicy. We traced the problem to a new batch of chilli powder which was much hotter then it should have been.... More

We dined on Saturday. Utterly the most fantastic meal experience of the trip. It was 4 of us. Two ordered the Pork Vindaloo, one had the Steak, and another had a lobster dish. First things first, the best impression you can get is from the host and your server. A perfect 10. Greeted and promptly seated at our table by... More

My husband and I dined here in late April and were very pleased. I had the Shaking Beef, which was without a doubt the best meal I have ever had. We started with the fried pork belly and Wellfleet oysters as our appetizers. The oysters were very good, but the pork belly was phenomonal. We look forward to return visits... More

Always a perfect dinner (both delicious and in its presentation) and you have to try the cheesecake. Highly recommended by us. Deborah and Melissa

Excellent food Lobster risotto exquisite. Unfortunately it took a very long time to receive drink order and bread. Friendly staff but not really attentive.

Just a great vibe and a great room. The food is fantastic and creative and the service top notch. Can't beat the location if you sit overlooking the water and it'd be hard to find a better Vodka selection anywhere east of the Mississippi.

What a surprise to find this gem: great food, romantic atmosphere, sophisticated cocktails, very fine wine list, good service. We came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. You enter the cozy, downstairs dining room and pass a welcoming fireplace. Every table has a gorgeous view of Cape Cod Bay. "Bloody French" cocktails followed by mussels appetizer (cooked in Pernod with... More
