Unfortunately my first visit was not such a good one for me and my partner. However, our two other guests enjoyed their meal. The views were excellent of the bay and a service was very good - very attentive and very friendly waitress. We ordered the crab cakes as an appetizer. They were overwhelmed by the oil they used. I... more

We spent a week in Cape Cod and treated ourselves to expensive dinners every night- Mews was the best by far!! Cozy interior, friendly attentive staff, EXCELLENT food. (We had lobster pasta, seared tuna and the ice cream cookie sandwich served with a steak knife) Can't recommend it enough!!! more

This place is usually packed on weekends so be sure to reserve ahead. Nice atmosphere, good food and service. The veal chop was very nice and thick, accompanied by little lentils. I'd rate it very good but not mind-blowing. more

When we came there, people who came out after finishing their meal bothered to tell us how we are going to enjoy a marvelous meal...and we found that they were right. It was a gourmet creative meal at a reasonable price. We had fried oysters, Crabcake and Wedge Salad apetizers and two varieties of fish: the Almond Crusted Cod with... more

From appetizers to dessert...everything was delicious, well presented, and well portioned. We sat in the bottom floor dining room overlooking the sand and beach grass....very moody. Very inventive menu with just great tasting food. Dine here....you wont be disappointed. more

The Mews is our recommendation for folks that want a sensational meal in a fairly traditional setting. Provincetown is an artsy carefree place (which is why we love it), but I know there are some people that want a dinning experience that is perhaps more in line with being in another town. This is the place for you. The food... more

This restaurant has been around for years, but its reputation is still well deserved. While crowded with patrons and tight on space, this restaurant maintains an atmosphere of intimacy that makes it just right for a romantic night on the town. The food was well prepared, although I found the entrees a bit boring compared to the appetizers and the... more

You can’t do better in P-Town than to sit at a table downstairs, looking out at the beach, and savoring the best food in town. They get the highest points for food, décor and service. Reservations are necessary, especially on weekends. more

We made reservations on line 4 days before arriving (Sept 11), and were promptly taken even though we arrived 10 minutes early. Nice seat by the windows overlooking the bay. Service was attentive without being intrusive. Meal was served at a leisurely pace. Wife's salad was more than she could eat with a good variety of greens an veggies. Caprese... more
