I've been eating here for years but have only gotten Take Out. Despite how busy they are, they've always gotten my order exactly right, on time and been very friendly and organized when I picked it up. I absolutely love this place. Because of it's placement right on "the strip" and right next to the tourist Marina, you'd think you... More

In P-Town for only a couple of days, so we asked the locals some of the best places to go - the Lobster Pot rolled off several people's lips. Convenient location, deceivingly large on the inside (2 floors), great friendly and attentive staff, wonderful view from the 2nd floor dining area out to the deck and fantastic lobster !

We were lucky enough to be in P-Town on the one day that the Lobster Pot was open during their winter vacation. They were hosting a one night benefit, and though they only offered a "limited" menu, there was plenty to choose from, and couldn't have been better! I've had many meals here over the last 30+ years I've been... More

This was our second Thanksgiving in Provincetown and second visit to the Lobster Pot. We both had the very tasty lobster roll. Very filling. Nice view and great service. Look forward to a return visit next year.

This place will be open when all else fails. Actually that's how we ended up eating there on 2 consecutive nights. The food was solid and hearty but not out of this world. I have had the regular lobster, steak, broiled lobster ( very heavy on the sherry but it was good) and the odd scallop and clam of my... More

The Lobster Pot is a staple of Provincetown and a place that you have to visit when you're in town. I was convinced that I wanted a lobster before I got there, but once I saw the menu, decided to get a lobster appetizer - a Lobster Taco. Then for the meal had scallops. It was all incredible food. Even... More

We had this place recommended by several people and Anthony Bourdain had been on TV recently talking about his "start" in Provincetown. My husband had the baked stuffed lobster and I wish I had had it. I pieced together my dinner... a shrimp cocktail (GREAT, and the cocktail sauce was spectacular) and a bowl of lobster bisque. I am finicky... More

Went to Truro over the Thanksgiving Holiday and always stop off in Provincetown for shopping and something to eat. With so many fun spots to choose from we went to the Lobster Pot for a quick late lunch. All of us ordered large bowls of chowder and we were not disappointed. The clam chowder was delicious, but the kale Portuguese... More
