Fun and lots to choose from

I like that this place has a fun menu with lots to choose from. I have eaten just appetizers on several occasions. I am going back this year to try the caviar. The only downside to this place is it can get very busy and the tables can be very close together. But hey, for great food, I can... read more

Every year we have gone to the Cape, we NEVER miss this restaurant. We have a beautifully glass framed 5X7 Pict. of The Lobster Pot Rest. on our display shelves in our living room. We think of this place often during the year.

I had read amazing things about this place before deciding to give it a try and I must say, I have eaten the best lobster ever! Even though the restaurant was crowded, the service was really fast and very good. I would recommend this place to everyone.

The Lobster Bisque is worth trip alone. The oysters are my second choice. Don't know if I've ever had a full entre here as it can be quite crowded and a long wait for a table. Head to the bar upstairs. The bar staff and people at the bar are usually friendly, the view is great making it the perfect... More

We visit Cape Cod from the Jersey Shore at least once a year. Provincetown is one of our favorite day trips and it must include eating at The Lobster Pot. I love the clam chowder in a bowl with a Bloody Mary-freshly made with their own recipe. It can be a bit pricey with a family of 4 but it... More

Can't say enough about the Lobster Pot! From the Lobster Bisque Soup to the Stuffed Lobster to the "Today's Catch(es) which can be prepared several way, to the Lazy Man's Lobster! In my 20 years of visiting P-Town, I have never had an inferior meal or service that wasn't exceptional. TWO THUMBS UP! Can't wait to visit again the Spring... More

Love the garish outside and crowded downstairs tiny tables, much more fun than the upstairs inside. Truthfully, I like the little outside lobster place down the street under the awning better. So much chatter and standing in line to sit upstairs. Rather claustrophobic.

Looks are sooo deceiving when it comes to this restaurant. Outside looks like a small crowded spot, but inside and just down a short hallway, it opens to a huge two story restaurant with ocean views and outdoor seating available. Worth any wait they may have, which has always been minimal for us even in the heights of the summer... More
