We stop there on Saturday, Memorial Weekend. Located in the heart if Provincetown, right next to a large municipal parking lot. It's a great place to start or end your trip to Provincetown. Large, more traditional menu. Very great atmosphere and If you sit upstairs you get a magnificent view over the water. The waitress was very good and pretty... More

The wonderful neon Lobster Pot sign is the perfect welcome to this waterfront establishment. I had a lobster roll and some oysters on the half shell, they were both delicious. Others had fried shrimp and a salad and were very pleased with their selections. We arrived at the end of the lunch rush and waited a small amount of time... More

We were told to eat here by locals. We didn't get past the hostess station. The man was unbelievably rude and we refused to even take another step in. Not a way to treat people coming to your establishment from 1,000's of miles away. We'll take our business elsewhere.

We had dinner last Saturday at Lobster Pot and at the end the experience was terrific. Everything started a little bit weird having to share a small space with a young and very rude couple without any kind of manners. Fortunately, Shawn and the rest of his team were very nice and helped us to find a new table in... More

We have been to this restaurant many times over the past 30 years but not in the last 5 or so years so it was with some trepidation that we decided to venture in to see if it was as wonderful as we remembered and the answer is "yes"! From the incredibly friendly staff to the amazing food - my... More

10 women spent 2 hours savoring an incredible lunch experience. We had a second floor window seat with great views and service. Our appetizer was phenomenal. Try the lobster, avocado and papaya appetizer. We dined on whole lobsters and ended with a brownie and ice cream concoction that fed everyone! This is not a tourist trap! This is fine dining!

It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the food and service inside are terrific. My favorite part in when you come in you walk past the lobster tanks and the kitchen to the two dining rooms, one up and one down. Try to get a seat at the back overlooking Provincetown harbor. The food is consistently wonderful. You... More

It's always good to come back to this Ptown institution. Touristy, yes, but good food is always expected. Their chowder and lobster bisque is wonderful. So is their fish sandwich and other seafood items. If one is in a hurry and just wanted a quick bite, go to the entrance area and order oysters and shrimp from the cook. You... More

The wait staff here enhances your dining experience. You feel very welcome from the second you walk in the door. Every staff member has been taught that the customer is gold. Wish I could say the food rated as high, but it didn't. We went for lunch. Husband wanted to start off with a Kahlua and cream. I had ginger... More

We went for the cooked lobster dishes which were delicious and served with an apron & utensils to break into the critters :) The sauce with the cooked lobster was tasty . The waiter was a bit grumpy, but we ignored him and enjoyed the food!
