We went to Lobster Pot because of all of the TA reviews, and were not disappointed. The restaurant looks small, but is very deep, with 2 stories of seating. We sat upstairs, near the deck, by an open window. The view was great! We ordered a lobster avocado appetizer that was good and presented well. Our entrees were lobster ravioli... More

This restaurant is always on our must list for several visits each trip to the Cape. It's always busy, has nice atmosphere, and the food is always top notch. The appetizer of Portuguese soup was good, not outstanding this time. Incredible Lobster Panini and Baked Haddock were our main courses. Perfectly prepared. Just delicious with huge portions that we rarely... More

We were lucky enough to be seated upstairs in the bar overlooking the harbor on a beautiful sunny day. The service was very efficient. The clam chowder in the bread bowl was good. The bread was fantastic. The chowder was ho-hum. My friend ordered the Avocado Lobster Mango Cocktail appetizer and it was fantastic. The presentation was out of a... More

We went there for lunch, and I ordered a cheese burger because of my seafood allergy. It was $12. The burger was not worth the price. My partner told me his seafood was good though, so caveat emptor.

The seafood at The Lobster Pot was excellent, very fresh and very tasty. Beware though portion sizes are enormous and most entrees are enough for two. The starters are excellent too and plenty for a min course.

We stopped in to have dinner and we not impressed with the meal, I had crab cakes with lobster topping and the crab cakes were burned and dry. My partner had the clam chowder which was good and then had the fried clams which were over fried and tough. We heard good things about this place, but we were not... More

We had lunch here during a recent trip to Provincetown, on the recommendation of the front desk person at the Dolphin Fleet whale watching place when we said we wanted lobster. After our WW trip, we had the misfortune to show up for lunch right after a busload of other tourists had arrived; I believe in restaurant-speak that's called getting... More

An popular restaurant in Provincetown, served excellent whole lobsters. Appetizers we enjoyed were Mussels deliciously flavored, and the Lobster Avocado Cocktail. Another delicious entrée was the Asian Bouillabaisse. Huge portion, wonderful seafood in a delicious broth. Other fresh fish entries were well prepared. We would go back

This past weekend, four of us went to the Lobster Pot for lunch. We each had one drink and no desserts and the bill, before gratuity, was over $200!! My friend and I each had the "seafood Caesar salad" which was a Caesar salad with a scoop each of crab salad and lobster salad, priced at $25. The dish was... More
