We were there for opening weekend 2014 and the atmosphere was exciting. The wait staff was very friendly, the owner took the time to explain the menu and make recommendations. The food was fantastic, the view was great.....It's a Must if you're in Provincetown

We have eaten at the Lobster Shack several times over the past few years. I'd like to try some of their other items on the menu, but I don't seem to be able to ever pass over the Lobster roll. The lobster meat is very fresh; the bread is just right for the sandwich - and they are very generous... More

They really know how to cook lobsters so that they are tender and not tough. They prepare some supreme sauces, including Béarnaise. You can definitely depend on having a good meal here. Dependable is the operative word here, and I've been eating here every year since 2001.

It was An amazing experience that I had in this special seafood restaurant that servers wonderful lobsters. The service was fascinating and can't complain about it. The waiter was so friendly and she happily assisted us to choose from the menu and explained a little bit about the differences about each lobster. The price for our dinner was high but... More

It was a very cold day, snowing. Probably the worst time of the year for many people but it suited me very well. Summer in Provincetown is not my thing. So, we were very cold and hungry. Driving slowly, looking for a place for lunch. Almost all the restaurants were closed. When we saw Lobster Pot, we were very much... More

The clam chowder is the best. Sometimes I have it for take out and find a nice bench in PTown and people watch. The menu has something for everyone and at a reasonable price. In the back a there are windows to look out over the bay. Everyone was so friendly. Can't wait until I can visit the Lobster Pot... More

The Lobster Pot is a staple in P'Town but, for some reason, we never tried it out before. I know that it is a tourist trap, etc. but we were pleased by a number of things: a welcoming staff, a complete and varied menu, good drinks, and a reasonable price considering everything else. It goes without saying but the place... More

This is a must when in Ptown and has the best clam chowder I have ever had! We spent a few hours here after shopping down Commercial Street. We met many locals and "wash a shores." The food, atmosphere and people were awesome! Will definitely be back!
