OpenTable comes to rescue again

After a terrible lunch at The Lobster Pot, my friend and I wanted an amazing dinner. After browsing OpenTable, we found this place and made a reservation within the hour with no issue. Great setting. Dimly lite, right on the water, etc. Food was some of the best we had on the trip. My meal... read more

We had dinner at Ross' Grill last night. 3 adult couples, no kids. The food was good, not great. The view from the outside deck is beautiful. But the inside was so dark! Small tables and we could barely see each other. Service was slow. Busy vacation town so all was as expected. None of us would hurry back.

Ross' has a gorgeous view of the harbor and wonderful staff, but the main thing for me is the grill and chefs: you're face to face with the kitchen when you walk in, and the aroma of grilling is spectacular. We ordered as soon as we sat down - we couldn't wait after everything we'd smelled! We had grilled salmon,... More

I've always liked Ross's Grill but was disappointed recently by the quality of the food. One of us ordered the risotto and one the paella. The rice for the paella looked suspiciously like that of the risotto. Ross's has a large menu and there were ample specials. It seemed to me they were taking short cuts.

This is a favorite in Provincetown! The staff, including owner Cesar, are incredibly friendly, helpful and fast. The food is consistently delicious, and the views of the bay are awe-inspiring. I come back every time I'm in Provincetown.

I found this place a few years ago online and decided to give it a try. The view is SPECTACULAR, looking out to the ocean, it has wonderful views that you must take in. The drinks made by Caesar were SUPERB, the best mojito I have ever tasted and then the food with the open kitchen concept exceeded all of... More

We love coming here for either lunch or dinner and the food, service, environment, drinks, wine list, and super view is just to notch. However, this year the restaurant started a mid-day (between lunch & dinner hours) a short tapa menu. Well, we came here expecting more typical tapas as from Spain. We know that the owner is has a... Ross' Grill occupies the second floor of Whaler's Wharf and overlooks Cape Cod Bay from a window-wall and deck! A beautiful setting for outstanding food and service. The menu is extensive, featuring multiple seafood preparations, pork, rack of lamb, lobster, chicken...and everything in-between! We enjoyed Ross' so much that we visited twice in the same week, and each meal was... More

I have been going to Ross' Grill for about 4 years now. I always love the romantic feel feel of the place and spectacular view. This year the food was good not out of this world. I also felt in past years they had more locals working the tables than this year. Kinda not the same feeling when your waiter... More

Good food and wine, great atmosphere, lovely views out the back and well worth a visit just to walk down Whalers Wharf and climb the stairs to the superbly situated Ross's Grill,
