Great view, great wine and great french onion soup!

This restaurant was recommended to us from town residents. We loved the view, the outdoor deck (limited seating) and the food. Great wine selection, nice presentation, fun lunch spot. My husband is somewhat of a french onion soup connoisseur and theirs was the best he has EVER had. (It even... read more

We gave Ross' Grill another try after a 2 years hiatus. Will probably wait another 2 years to return. On a perfect day in Provincetown you can not beat the view from the dining room or deck. The menu is interesting and the specials added appetizing options. The food preparation was spotty. The grilled tuna was fresh and the portion... More

Ate here with my husband. It was quite noisy and dimly lit. The food was decent (I don't remember what I ate) Wasn't too memorable I guess. The service was quite slow. There are far better places to eat in P Town.

We usually eat here every summer while in Ptown. This year we had an off day at lunch. I had the shrimp salad and found it to have chunks of clear plastic in it which at first looked like glass. The lady next to our table had the same experience. My friend had a burger and found a piece of... More

Seating took awhile but drinks on the deck were nice. However the bartender never heard of a Spanish coffee which I though was pretty basic. The food was excellent. The atmosphere a bit dark and noisier than I would have liked but our table placement was exceptional a view from both sides. Awesome

Great view and atmosphere! Server was friendly and focused on our table! Drinks were nice and strong with large portion and good prices on the delicious food! Wished we could hand sat out on the deck with drinks and order food but was just as good of a view inside from the big open windows. Would def go back there... More

After a terrible lunch at The Lobster Pot, my friend and I wanted an amazing dinner. After browsing OpenTable, we found this place and made a reservation within the hour with no issue. Great setting. Dimly lite, right on the water, etc. Food was some of the best we had on the trip. My meal started with the calamri which... More

We had dinner at Ross' Grill last night. 3 adult couples, no kids. The food was good, not great. The view from the outside deck is beautiful. But the inside was so dark! Small tables and we could barely see each other. Service was slow. Busy vacation town so all was as expected. None of us would hurry back.

Ross' has a gorgeous view of the harbor and wonderful staff, but the main thing for me is the grill and chefs: you're face to face with the kitchen when you walk in, and the aroma of grilling is spectacular. We ordered as soon as we sat down - we couldn't wait after everything we'd smelled! We had grilled salmon,... More

I've always liked Ross's Grill but was disappointed recently by the quality of the food. One of us ordered the risotto and one the paella. The rice for the paella looked suspiciously like that of the risotto. Ross's has a large menu and there were ample specials. It seemed to me they were taking short cuts.
