Front street came highly recommend by many locals and visitors. We went during carnival, they seated us promptly and told us the specials. We order from the regular menu. The service was excellent....food was awful. We sent a Mao. Course back to still have it be incorrect and taste terrible!! Will never go back again.

Front Street is one of one of the best restaurants in Provincetown. Food is always delicious, fresh and consistent. Know for italian, the menu is wide and eclectic. My favorite is the tea stained duck. The staff is by far the best anywhere- professional, efficient and an asset. Reservations a must!

This is my favorite restaurant in Provincetown. We were there again tonight and it was as good as any other time we have been. Our server was experienced, personable, upbeat, knowledgeable, and very professional. All the food was beautifully prepared. Salmon, pasta, salads, heirloom tomato special appetizer, homemade desserts. Fine dining, Provincetown-style. Can't wait to return.

I usually enjoy my meals at Front Street but last night was a disaster food time Ordered a seafood and pasta dish The mussels were tiny, black inside and tasted very fishy, on the verge of turning The shrimp were small, dramatically over cooked and tough Usually I would send the dish back but I was with company and decided... Locals hyped this clubby, dark and noisy place, but we were disappointed at the Italianish menu and cooking, especially at semi-expensive prices. Zucchini Flowers were just dough balls with melted chesse, clams were tasteless and pasta overdone. We paid and headed elsewhere for dessert. Many better choices nearby.

Had a very good dinner here with my husband. We shared an appetizer and we both had a delicious pasta. The service was friendly & efficient. It is necessary to have reservations as it gets quite crowded. It can get noisy, but we were able to talk & hear each other without shouting. A very pleasant evening.

Excellent dining with both a Continental and Italian menus. In the center of town they open for dinner, a reservation will help save a wait. Very good pasta and cuisine on a NYC level. Fair prices and very good service . You will enjoy the dining experience.

Foodie spot in Ptown. Tucked in a cellar, crowded, loud but quality food. Has extensive Italian menu, and also an ever changing separate continental menu with great gourmet choices.. Great dinner.
