My family has been coming to Ciro and Sal's since at least 1980 and it remains one of our favorites and a go to every summer, My daughters now bring their family here and this summer worked with the staff to have a private cooking lesson for me for my 70th birthday which was wonderful. Thank you to Caleb for... More

I can't rate a place like Ciro and Sal's on the food alone. Granted, the food was OK and the service was excellent. But the atmosphere.... After a long day walking the streets of the tourist hell that Provincetown has become, to stumble into a place like this. Low ceilings and brick walls.. A low stone fireplace and all the... More

Sea Bass - YUM! Scallops - YUM!. Pasta - YUM! Cool, dark, quiet spot for a couple, or more if with family or friends! Check out the unique lampshades hanging among all those Chianti bottles from the ceiling! This is "old school" Provincetown....enjoy.

We have been going to Ciro & Sal's ever since I can remember. Whenever we're in P-town, we look forward to eating there. Over the years, we have dined with many a family member or friends and everyone wants to return again and again. The Italian food is delicious and the staff is always attentive. Last time we were there... More

This restaurant is in the gallery district, somewhat on the East End. It is incredibly cozy in the downstairs dining area with beamed ceiling and low lighting. The food is solid Italian with pasta on quite a few dishes. I tend to like the veal dishes best and they are quite rich - don't fill up on bread because the... More

I started eating at Ciro's in the 1980's. Very little has changed. The place was cleaner than I remembered, a bit less busy. We arrived early, without a reservation and were greeted enthusiastically and seated quickly. It was a tad cold by the air conditioning and they immediately adjusted it for us! The service was top notch with Louann a... More

I don't think I've ever seen a cozier, more romantic little place. Maybe not the foodie destination of yesteryear but still a cool restaurant.

I have been hearing about Ciro and Sal's for YEARS but have not gone until tonight. The atmosphere is great. It feels like you are in a hobbit hole or some secret, warm place. However, everything else was mediocre. The food was not great. We ordered the arugula salad special with avocado and peaches; the peaches were canned! My husband... More

Monday night in peak tourist season. Easy seating (because we got there a tad early). Very short wait for just a few later arrivals. Professional, prompt service. Food prepared promptly and well. Nice moix of traditional Italian dishes. Got the usual Chicken Parmigian. Reasonable prices for P-Town in-season. Well worth the money.

This place is good old school simple Italian food. No frills. We had good ole antipasti to start. The spaghetti and meatballs was Ok, but the chicken Milanese was outstanding. Delicious. Service was just ok but the atmosphere was very cool. Loved the ambiance and feel of being underground in an old European setting. If you are not looking for... More
