The place was recommended by a local guide who indicated it had one of the best lobster rolls around. So after a brief walk around the harbor, we stopped for lunch. It is right at the end of the dock, just before main street. You can have your roll the classic way with mayo or fried in butter or with... More

This is a great place to watch the world go by and "people watch'. I had the best cappuccino I'd tasted in the States, and the chocolate and macadamia cookies went down a treat as well. The young staff members were all very friendly and helpful also. Would return if we ever found ourselves that way agin.

We wanted to grab a cup of coffee and a quick bite for breakfast before our whale watch departed and this was right across the street. My husband enjoyed his cranberry muffin and I loved the gooey cinnamon roll.

I was looking forward to an iced coffee on a warm day and based on all these rave reviews, thought we were in for a treat. We ordered an iced cappuccino and an iced mocha latte. Both were terrible! Iced cappuccino was just cold watery weak coffee w a lot of ice. No foam. The latte tasted like chocolate milk.... More

My boyfriend loves this place and introduced it to me this year. We came for coffee and breakfast each morning. Delicious breakfast sandwiches and pastry. Tables on the side make for great people watching. Love it :)

I met a friend here for a quick lunch during Carnival week. My friend, who lives in Ptown, said they have greatly expanded their menu to include many lunch and meal options, not just coffee or breakfast foods. The woman at the counter was friendly, and our food came up fast. We sat at a table on the sidewalk outside,... More

The Coffee Pot is your best bet for a really good cup of coffee at a reasonable price in a town where there are lots of optiona. still myoberall favorite in Ptown for a dark roast iced coffee. Congenial service. Hardworking, down to earth owners.

When in Provincetown the family operated Coffee Pot is our morning routine. My family sends me to retrieve coffee, pastries and I best not forget Chai Tea. The fresh coffee, tea and morning baked on site muffins, pastries, cinnamon roll, etc. best the rest in town and certainly out of town franchises. Always wonderful. Thank you.
