Description: Purple Feather is a true Mom & Pop place. All of our chocolate confections are hand made in our own kitchens. We also make all our own gelato, desserts and fudge. Our Hot chocolate and Mocha Lattes are considered the best by many of our guests. We use only "George Howell" coffee & espresso, and "Mem" loose leaf teas We make and serve panini and sandwiches for very reasonable price. Our baked mac & cheese is an old family recipe. We also serve Beer, Wine, Cordials and Cocktails. Try our new Ginger Martini before dinner or a new gelato cocktail after. There is something for everyone at Purple Feather

We had the Black Forest Cupcake and Snickers ice cream. Will need to go back again and again as there are way too many amazing desserts to choose from!

Got 3 eclairs, a strawberry cheese cake & a gelto. If you have the time stop in & enjoy all they offer.

Large portions of interesting flavors of gellato greet you here. They also purvey a selection of candies and freshly made fudge.

This has always been our favorite dessert placel. What we discovered this last time we went there was everything in the place is homemade. Best gelato and fudge in town and there are a few to choose from. My favorites are the adult gelato choices with actual liquor added to enhance the flavor experience. Oh my, to die for!!!

Great selection of beautiful sweets and desserts. Despite the extravagant presentation, I'm always a little let down when I actually eat them - the taste never quite holds up to the presentation. Overpriced. You're better off satisfying your sweet tooth with a scoop of ice cream from PTown Scoops.

Went here on the advice of prior reviews. While the desserts and panninis were very good the lobster Mac and cheese was awful and didn't have much lobster, in spite of its $14.99 price tag. To be honest, they should remove this from the menu and start over, it was that bad. Like I said, everything else was great.

Dear Ram I am sorry you did not like our Baked Mac & Cheese with Lobster. We have had this item on our menu for some time and nearly everyone I have asked who is eating it in the cafe are very happy with it. I will admit that with the hundreds of meals we serve every month there may... More

I live in a big city and understand price for quality. But this place is ridiculous - don't even go there...pass by and head to Lewis Bros and save yourself $10 for two people.

Dear DDATL333 I do not typically reply to negative reviews this way but I feel that your review of my cafe and gelato requires it. To begin with it is somewhat unfair comparing our Gelato to another shops Ice Cream. You should know that a typical scoop of ice cream is about 50% air, while the same size scoop of... More

I think I stopped by every day I was there for Carnival Week to try another indulgence. Their martini specials (think smoothies/milkshakes with a kick of liqueur) are amazing, especialiy the Purple Feather Mudslide. There was a good selection of ice cream, in interesting flavors, all delicious. Service was attentive and friendly, and open pretty late.
