The food was nice and good value but the whole restaurant had a very strong fishy smell to it..and it was very hot inside

We go here quite often. They are clam chowder in a bread bowl can't be beat. Even better when the weather gets cold. If you're looking for something and warm try it. Now that the summer is over you'll probably never wait for a table. But if you have to it's worth it.

I got in to Plymouth just before 11:00 pm on a Thursday evening. Few places were open, but Cabby Shack was. The only menu items at this hour were pizza and calzones. My calzone was fine and the Sam Adams Octoberfest beer was great. Sat at the bar which is surrounded by TVs. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

This place is in desperate need of a professional cleaning crew, There is grease on all the tables and the whole public area screams "neglect!" I had lobster mac and cheese, it actually may have been able to be pretty good if they didn't load it up with garlic, which wasn't in the plates description on the menu. Why would... More

We really enjoyed our meals at Cabby Shack I had Lobster Calazone (which was full of Lobster meat), also the lobster Mac & Cheese wen't down really well. This was a lovely casual place to eat and our server was excellent.

After a great afternoon watching whales, it was time for a lunch. The atomsphere was good; however the service could have been much better - it wasn't that busy. We all had the clam chowdah; my boyfriend and I shared the peel and eat shrimp; it was the best we've ever eaten. I would go back for the clam chowdah... More

This review got 2 stars only because I ate there twice, and the first time was OK. The first time we went for a quick lunch, and I ordered the lobster roll. It was expensive, but it was good fresh lobster meat. So, when in town again we decided to try dinner. We ordered a bowl of chowder to share.... More

Went to this place just because it had a roof terrace and wanted to get the last rays of the day. had no expectations except wanted some lobster. Sam Adam's Octoberfest beer was on tap and this is the acceptable face of US brewing for Brits. So, good start. Ordered a 'Monstah.... something. This was linguine with whole shelled lobster... More

This is a wonderful place to relax, enjoy the view of water, have a beer, eat and just enjoy life! The waitress raved that they had the best Clam Chowder. I playfully argued with her as I've had Chowdaah all over New England and have a favorite spot in Boston. I agreed to try it out and to my surprise... More

Go elsewhere in the immediate area to get the same (or better) food and much better prices. This is actually a sports bar - you are assaulted by very loud TVs everywhere in this place.
