Lip smakin' good

If you want good straight unpretentious seafood, Wood's is the place. Not fine dining ambience but great chowder, lobster and all usual seaside fare. Tasty, nourishing and good value.

One of the Plymouth restaurants my family from out of state insists on visiting when they're in town. Routinely busy with long lines but the staff moves it along efficiently. And the delicious fresh seafood is always worth the wait!

Located right on Plymouth Harbor. Food is good, but no wait service. One has to stand in a line and come when the food is ready to pick up. They have tables available. Kind of a tourist trap, however, if you are in a hurry this is a good place to get fried food. I tried their swordfish and found... More

This restaurant doesn't seem like much, but it is amazing! I got the lobster roll and a cup of clam chowder. I was stuffed by the end. The food was sooo good! I didn't have to wait to long for my food either. The decor isn't much, you get a waterfront view. I suggest to anyone planning on going to... More

Not much to look at and you order at the window and they call your number. The view in the dining room is nice, overlooking the water - but not "fancy". Who cares - the food rocks! We ate here 2 nights in a row. Chowda was the best ever. Reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend.

The food is good but no atmosphere of a nice night out. It is for a fast tourist style meal and quite expensive because of the location.

Love Wood's! Always a line because the food is off the boat so to speak and so good! When I have a craving for clams (whole) and scallops my dad and I go for take out - usually because it's hard to get a table. We then go sit by the waterfront and enjoy a wonderful view and delicious food.... More
