On the surface this is a very ordinary looking little place. You order at the window and are given a number. Having said that the food is AMAZING! The prices are extremely reasonable as well. My sister had a lobster roll and fries. It was very good and the least expensive one that we have found in the area. I... More

I read about this place on Tripadvisor, and figured this was a place to try. The staff and service was excellent!! You couldn't beat the price $9.99 for a lobster meal! The lobster roll is one the best I've had. I will recommend this place for sure!!!

I am a regular customer of Woods Seafood as well as other family members. During the tourist season there are sometimes long lines. The ordering window is narrow and it is the same location that you pickup your order however, while your waiting for your pickup number to be called other customers are in front of the narrow ordering window.... The staff at the counter were very pleasant. The best part was the beautiful view, and you can't beat the price of a $9.99 lobster meal.

Not a face decor. Doesn't need to be. The seafood is fresh and delicious! Our favorite are steamers, but the deal for restaurant week lobster can't be beat!

If you are on vacation in Plymouth and looking for a very reasonable seafood meal, then Wood's is the place for you! First and foremost, they are a fresh seafood store and not a typical restaurant. However, what is lacked in atmosphere, is easily made up in healthy portion size, low prices, and fresh seafood choices.

The lobster roll was the best I have had. It came with fries. The lobster bisque and chowder were very good. The fried shrimp were disappointing with no flavor or taste. The fried scallops were very good and came with slaw and fries. Tartar and cocktail sauces were good. Seating can be a problem, especially during peak meal times. Would... More

This was the first time I had clam chowder on a 9 day trip through New England. I tasted about 5 others, and this was the best by far! The fish and chips was also great. Fresh and right out of the kitchen. It is a stand in line and order...then go back to pick up kind of place. But... More

Read the reviews and decided this was where to go for fried clams. It had been 30 years since I was in New England and enjoyed whole belly clams. When the huge plate arrived, I was thrilled. When I put the first one in my mouth, I was in love all over again. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting... More

I may be a little biased after visiting Wood's on a weekly basis for the greater part of my existence yet I'd like to think I am able to give this restaurant a 5 star rating due to its authenticity. A decade had passed since I visited Plymouth but Wood's remained the same. There aren't too many places you can... More
