We go to Wood's all year long and visit at least twice a month. It is one of my favorites. Usually order the lobster which comes with fries and coleslaw and Real butter. It is always cooked perfectly and super fresh and sweet. The fish, clams etc are also very popular. This place does get crowded in season!!!!! Definitely rustic...order at the... More

I love to go in and split the twin lobster meal with a friend. It's just the right amount of food and is reasonably priced. The lobsters are fresh and the perfect size along with the fries and coleslaw. It's always a fun place to go- although does reorder patience as its always packed with people. I must visit in... My hub & I went there last night. Wood's, not a fancy place. It's a wonderful fresh fish service. RIGHT at the Wharf!!! The restaurant part...OMG...Delicious! It was absolutely delicious!!! So unassuming place. Whether you are there in the spring, summer, fall or winter. Delicious! Absolutely casual...Paper plates. Good portions, excellent food! Yum, Yum! Any time!

Been going to Wood's for over 20 years. Never disappoints. They have added seating inside which is nice. Very fresh seafood. Lobster dinners very reasonable. You order then find a seat if you're lucky. We were there are Mothers Day 2014 and did get a table. So don't let the crowds throw you.

my wife and I stopped here for lunch because of the reviews and we were quite disappointed. The fresh fish of the day was tuna and we were told that it could not be done rare! My wife opted for the sword fish, a reasonably large portion, but tasteless. I had the fried calamari which were greasy and also without... More

We just walked upon Woods. We decided to give it a try and it was a good decision! It was right on the water which made for a nice view. At the suggestion of the lady taking my order I had fish and grilled scallops both of which were delicious! Very greasy, but we enjoyed all that we had.
