My favorite place to visit in Plymouth! Great prices and large, generous portions! The lobster in amazing and the fried scallops to die for! This is a place you must stop to eat if you are in Plymouth!!

We always make this a must-stop when we come to Plymouth each year. The mouth-watering clam chowder, creamy, buttery, and loaded with tender clams, is to die for. Furthermore, the whole-bellied clams are the best we've ever eaten, and we've sampled a lot of them across New England. Wood's may not be fancy but it's got good food at reasonable... More

This place is amazing - down to earth, great food! The lobster is fresh and sweet, clam strips are tasty and succulent - the best I've ever had in New England. Make sure you order a cup of lobster bisque and the clam 'chowda' - honestly, you will not regret it. Come hungry - you'll leave happy!

At the end of the dock in Plymouth with views of the fishing and charter boats. The atmosphere is casual and the seafood is about as fresh as it gets. You order and pay at the window and return when they call your number. We had a couple of the fried fish choices which were cooked well and very good.... More

The best prices I found among Plymouth and Boston for great seafood. The lobster was as fresh as it gets, and the chowder was my favorite of anywhere we tried. If you're looking for "fine dining", this place isn't for you. The atmosphere is casual, and has a beautiful view of the water and fishing boats. Thoroughly enjoyed it!

Went on the recommendation of staff at Plimouth Plantation. Baked Haddock was cooked perfectly. Lobster roll was packed with large lobster chunks. Clam chowder was first class. Excellent choice, highly recommend this spot on the water.

New to Plymouth, I asked at work for recommendations. Wood's was highly suggested. My husband & I tried it one late afternoon when it wasn't busy. His fish along with mine was "limp" when we got it. It tasted oily. I guess the oil wasn't hot enough when they cooked it. We haven't been back.

We've been going there for 3 years. Lobster roll is my favorite. This trip I did the Clambake. Chowda, steam clams and lobster. Yummo! My husband enjoys the fried clams. Best ever!!!!!
