Could have been in Jamaica... great atmosphere, casual and friendly. Food was made to order, fresh and tasty!
Plymouth beach is beautiful. Food was fresh , we had fish and chips. extremely inflated prices ,40z soda cost 2.00 with half filled with ice, coleslaw cup half filled ect.,servings small, left still not satisfied. Plymouth has lots of local restaurants with nice views ,fresh seafood and much better value. Service was ok. recommend not sitting near people who insist... More
This was the best seafood we had on our trip. It was so fresh and the portions are huge. My 4 year old even tried a fried oyster and loved it. It's a snack bar on the beach so it's not fancy but you can't beat the view. The drinks are yummy too! We will definitely be visiting here again... More
Right on the beach, freshest seafood and great staff and atmosphere make this spot one we come back to year after year. Always go where the locals go and this place is no exception!!!
Open late spring to early fall; cash only; not cheap, but it does not get any better than this: surprisingly great food, good variety, but I suggest the sea food. This place is right on the beach, where you can sit at the table, hear the ocean waves, grab a drink at the bar, kids could play on the beach... More
A little on the expensive side, but the perfect place to have lunch when at Plymouth Beach. Well, the only place too, but a burger and beer there at the beach is great.
Ok, we were talked into eating at Sandy's Shack, which right on Plymouth Beach. So, my expectations were very low...seriously, we're talking a bar and beach food...you know, everyone in bathing suits? I mean, how good can this be, right? OMG! We were blown away! We come to Plymouth for the seafood...and most beach bistro's buy their food from Sysco,... More
Lovely spot overlooking the beach in Plymouth. Food is fresh and reasonable, service is friendly and fast and they serve liquor. What more do you want from a seaside shack? Loved it. Fish sandwich was huge piece of FRESH haddock, on a nice bun with french fries, for 6.95. Great lunch!
Such a local secret that we really couldn't find it. Tried calling and no answer. Maybe it closed down. It's a shame, sounded great but never found it.
