Clean place, draws a large local crowd, and where they eat, it has to be good. Yes,I agree it's good. Our dinner was served hot with warm rolls and within a short wait. The menu had many different items to choose, as well as special anniversary price that roll back. Pleased with the service.

Marshland 3A is located in South Plymouth along MA-3A. Once called Sweet Lemons, this restaurant was taken over by a small company which upgraded the food and kept most of the old staff (which was the reason most people went to the restaurant before). Breakfast is the forte here, as indicated by the parking lot on Sunday morning. Seating is... More

Ate supper at the Marshlands on a trip to Plymouth and I must say, this is kind of a throwback to great American diners of the past. A small diner with booth or bar seating and located beside the road with not much of a view, we wondered at first about our choice to eat here. However, the wonderfully attentive... More

We had dinner here twice because we were staying in the area and visiting Plymouth and Cape Cod. The prices are moderate and the food is great, especially the lobster roll. The desserts are also delicious. We had the apple crisp with ice cream. The staff at this restaurant is friendly and outgoing. We would eat here again if we're... More

Filled with lobster in a delicious toasted roll...to die for! In addition, this restaurant has the most pleasant staff and very reasonable prices.

Went here with family and had a wonderful meal. Their stuffed quahog is the best I've ever had. Loaded with flavor but share it if you can - it's very big. Also had a Cape Cod Reuben (fried haddock reuben style) and it was delicious! Service was prompt and friendly. Will definitely return when I'm back in town.

Found this on our way from Ellisville State Park to Plymouth along 3A. We split the omelette it was so big. Fresh ingredients in a traditional diner atmosphere made it a wonderful surprise and a place we hope to visit again.

After a hectic and early morning running errands in and around Plymouth we headed a short distance south on 3A to Marshlands. We have been going to the one in Sandwich for years whenever we vacationed on Cape Cod and since moving to Plymouth recently from New Jersey we were very pleased they opened one nearer to us. The staff... More

So first off, we are a big fan of Marshland on 6a so when we heard it was taking over the old sweet lemons building, this at least softened the blow. We LOVED sweet lemons! We had breakfast recently at Marshland 3A and were completely underwhelmed! The food is completely mediocre. My eggs were just about over cooked, the home... More

Take a trip back to the FIfties at Marshlands. Great food, served hot, at reasonable prices. What's not to love? There's an attached bakery that will tempt and never disappoint. Don't miss.
