Sunday Brunch Great

It was a very good deal. Eggs benedict delicious. The eggs came fresh from the kitchen. Carving station of beef and ham. Waffles made to order, would add some whipped cream for the waffles these were very good. Nice fruit bowl. Pastries and small sweets. Worked out well for a friends birthday... read more

We have eaten at 42 several times but the dinner we had there on Friday, 4/10, was so outstanding that I wanted to send this review. We had the tuna and halibut specials. The presentation on both meals was creative and the food was delicious. We want to try other Plymouth restaurants but just keep going back to 42 because... More

Always exciting and delectable specials as well as fresh locally sourced seafood. Prepared to perfection and reasonably priced.

The food was mostly great and plentiful. I go the arctic char which was cooked perfectly as was the risotto but the spinach must have been sautéed with a gallon of oil. My son got the chicken parm which he couldn't even finish and thats saying a lot since he is a teenage boy. The service however was very very... More

The building that houses this restaurant was a medical office in not so recent memory. So the renovation of the interior is done very well. The view is not of palm trees in Massachusetts, but of Route 3A. 42 Degrees North is trying hard. The menu is somewhere between ordinary and creative. In that mid ground, our party of five... More

We booked 42 Degrees last minute due to impending bad weather in the area. We usually head into Boston for our Christmas Eve meal but we were pleasantly surprised to get a table a day before what can be a very busy night for a lot of restaurants. My dish was the sea scallops on a bed of lobster corn... More

I tend not to place a high value on restaurants unless it is warranted but 42 Degrees is exceptional. First the parking is free and close to a major highway and fairly easy to find. There could be some more waiting space but not an issue. We go there because of the food selections, the quality of the menu items,... More

We called for reservations but were told they don't take reservations for under 6 people. We went anyway and put our names on the waiting list. We definitely felt were being snubbed in favor of "favorite patron" who came in after us and were being seated ahead of us. None were in parties of 8! When we were finally seated,... More

The broiled scallops were perfect and served with lobster rositto. The rositto had chunks of lobster in it. The prime rib was huge! It came with potatoes and choice of vegetables. Entrees were in 20s. We were pleased and would return. Service was attentive.
