Good solid breakfast

Great coffee and plenty of good traditional breakfast items to choose from make this a great place to stop. The service was really good and the food arrived hot.

I was very excited to eat here based on reviews. We couldn't wait to have GF French toast. I could make better at home. Had the cornerstone breakfast and the potatoes were undercooked, eggs were good, sausage was Ok and Bacon was skimpy. We requested no powdered sugar on our French toast, it was brought to us covered in sugar... More

We both got the big breakfast that has eggs, potatoes, bacon and sausage. The sausage was hard to cut and tasted like rubber (overcooked maybe?) And the bacon was so skinny, also hard, so I didn't care for that either. The scrambled eggs were good. Their bathrooms were very clean. Server was very polite. Small place, not a ton of... More

i was very excited to try this place and was not impressed at all. The gluten free pancakes were gritty. I make better ones at home. The Hearth and Kettle is 100 times better. I would not return.

We looked forward to breakfast / lunch here since it was highly reviewed on TA. We arrived at midday on a Friday and it was almost empty inside. But service was extremely slow. We had to work hard to get our waitresses attention. She was much more interested in greeting the regulars, particularly the cops. There were seriously no fewer... More

Trip Advisor reviews were favorable so we thought we'd give it a try. Tried the special, a balsamic chicken panini. First bite hit something hard, which turned out to be a small piece of red plastic. Flavor was okay, but it seemed to be missing some ingredients. Opened it up to discover no mushrooms, onions or peppers. Waitress apologized and... More

My wife and I enjoyed breakfast with another couple in September. We sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful weather and town. My wife had the pancakes and I had the Parisian. Both were excellent. The atmosphere is relaxed and unhurried, which was enjoyable, but meant that you will see your server only rarely if they are busy.

Cornerstones Cafe is hands down the best breakfast in town. The menu may be small but they have everything you'd want for breakfast. There are always specials for breakfast and lunch. Service is the friendliest. They do take-out for those in a rush. One thing that sets them apart is their ability to make most of the menu gluten free... More

I visit Plymouth a couple of times a year and this last trip we went there for breakfast. The gluten free pancakes were great and the corned beef hash was the best I've ever had. They were pretty busy and ran out of corned beef so they finished up the next batch for us. Nice cozy place.
