New Favorite Restaurant

First time dining at the Chieftain last night - my new favorite restaurant. I had the bucket of steamers that were just plain fabulous. My husband had the Shepards pie. I can't wait to go back, and if you like a glass of wine with your dinner, you get a very decent pour.

Great atmosphere, good service and familiar tastes of Ireland. I have never been disappointed....and they even do take out.

The Chieftain is an Irish pub with typical pub decor and food. We have eaten here numerous times, but mostly we come for the steamers. The steamers are spicy, with chopped chourice and onions, the type that are indigenous to this area. They are always good, but the price can vary widely...this week they were close to 25.00 (serves at... More

Small pub with a quiet side of four or five booths. Bar side a bit larger with pub tables. Family row end and run. Friendly wait staff with terrific Irish brogues! Menu not too exciting but plenty. Nice local stop now and again.

Leo's is my favorite pizza parlour! The pizza is always hot and gooey and delicious. If you like New York Pizza. Go there.

This pub has character, a great menu, great food at a price that is more than affordable! This is an Irish pub with a twist, I love the Steamers anytime of the year, and the Guiness is as fresh as it gets. Recently I had the veal pot roast that was a melt in your mouth meal, awesome. A longtime... More

It was my first time coming here, but will definitely not be the last. The bar was full and had a vast selection of beer, draft and bottle. The menu had genuine Irish flavor with wonderful specials.

Each year my two daughters play "hookie" from their jobs and we enjoy a Christmas shopping day and special lunch. This year we went to Chieftain Pub for the first time and we were very pleased with our choice. We especially loved the homemade bread they served as we first sat down. I tried without success to get the Irish... More
