We were a party of 8 colleagues having breakfast together. We were greeted with a smile and seated right away. I have been to this diner before and still love the place. The nostalgic feel, the food, and the service are all very good. The prices were also great. Eight of us had full breakfasts with coffee and/or juice for... More

Not much is open for breakfast in Pittsfield early Sunday morning, and Otto's (recommended by a local) had a line for tables. So we ventured to the industrial district to this diner, which we'd spotted on the tourist map. Being from New Jersey, we are not blown over by diners. This one is cheery, with a 1950s formica look and... More

Or something to that effect! We naturally head here when it's breakfast time in Pittsfield. Even more of a destination when you're entertaining kids. The kitchen may be a bit slow at times but that could be the result of such a varied menu. Fun seasonal items like pumpkin pancakes. I'd prefer richer coffee but the waitresses lovingly call you... This place has a gimmick and the 50s theme does make it visually decent. The food is good, but not mind blowing. We were a large group and we ordered mostly burgers. The burgers were good - large, but not special. My wife and I got a Chubby Checker sandwich and their version of a monte cristo. The chubby checker... More

Food was average, but decor had some charm, and service was attentive but slow. Arrived late afternoon, so maybe the first team wasn't on.

We stopped at this place on our way out of Pittsfield to go home. It said "Voted Best Breakfast." It was good but I think just average. I did have a fun yogurt parfait with bananas, strawberries and granola. It was presented very nicely in a bowl. My husband had your standard lumberjack breakfast and it looked really good. I... The Misty Moonlight Diner is a terrific place to find a good, inexpensive breakfast or lunch. It's comfortable and decorated like a great old 1950's diner, with movie star posters and even a motorcycle. The food is always good (great pancakes!) and the waitstaff is friendly and helpful. We go there every time we visit Pittsfield and we're never disappointed.

My family and I enjoyed a breakfast at the Misty. We will definitely return for another meal on our next visit to the Berkshires!
