Consistently Awesome !

I love getting take-out here after a long day. The food is not fancy but you get a lot of it for low prices. What's more is the food is exactly the same every time you order. My son and I love the turkey club. It boasts lots of turkey, lettuce, tomato, and bacon layered into four thick sandwich... read more

There is nothing to dislike about this place. Amazing service, great food, and great company! If you have to get anything, get anything with Veal in it, or get their chicken broth soup! Its to die for, plus there is different types of seating as well. From sitting at an old fashion lunch bar, to sitting at the bar on... More

The Highland Restaurant has been here since 1936. It is clean, large inside and very well kept up. The food is delicious. The sausage and peppers were great. A little spicy but great. Their spaghetti sauce is incredible. My wife had the Eggplant Parmigiano. It was incredible too. Service was great.

Always one of our first stops whenever we go home to Pittsfield. Everyone in the family loves it. The spaghetti and meatballs are some of the best I have ever had. The service is as good as the food. A family restaurant where the owners really care about the food and the service. And the kids love to sit at... More

We live in New York but grew up in Pittsfield. The Highland Restaurant is one of those community favorites we always return to. I always order a open or closed face Scallop sandwiches. Overstuff large Italian warm bread with many large scallops, lettuce and Mayonnaise. I Promise you will not regret this meal for lunch or dinner. Service is always... More

We decided at the last minute to detour to The Highland Restaurant. So glad we did. My Mother in Law wanted the scallop sandwich... It is to die for. 12 large fries sea scallops on Pittsfield Rye Bakery bread with excellent tartar sauce. My wife and I had variations of the chicken parmigiana. She went straight-up and got the Tri-Highland... More

This restaurant looks the same as it did many, many years ago. It's really a step back in time but it also still never fails to please the locals and that speaks volumes. Really yummy food with reasonable prices....

The Highland has been in business for many years -- even before I was born. It is one of those great old Italian restaurants with good spaghetti and meatballs. Career waitresses are always the best and the Highland has them -- they know that menu backwards and forwards. It's not fancy, but it's definitely worth the trip.

I have eaten there a couple of times and was just there last week with our friends. They do a great business but I really don't understand why. Everything about the place along with the food is medicore. Waitstaff and the hostess are friendly enough, but everything elso is surely lacking. I had the pot roast and it was horrible.... More
