Great Pizza and salads

We eat at Baba Louie's every summer with our grandchildren and it's perfect for adults and children. The salads are large and delicious and the pizzas are excellent. This time we had a gluten free pizza and it was outstanding with a crisp and tasty crust. Our grandchildren love it here.

The gluten free pizza is one of the better ones for those who must eat GF. My last visit there was with a real Italian who knows his pizza and is a return customer. They made a mistake with one order at our table and comped the pizza - aiming to please. Lovely staff, delicious food, nice clean atmosphere.

We were informed we would have a 20 minute wait which turned into 25 which isn't bad considering how crowded it was. The pizza was sort of boring and the sour dough crust (which they are apparently known for) didn't come through as sour dough. It was just very thin, overcooked, and flavorless. We had high hopes for this place... More

This was our second visit to this unique pizza chain and it did not disappoint! Such inventive combinations and great pizza dough! A little pricey and uneven service but there's nothing else like it in the area. Can't wait until next Visiting Day!

I'm a pizza snob so it is not easy to get a good pizza review from me but this was really good. Never had sour dough pizza but really enjoyed the flavor. They also offer gluten free pizza - which I did not have. Not your traditional pizza, crust or toppings but very much worth it, said the pizza snob.

On a recent trip we were turned on to this by the locals. It was a great find! We had both a regular pizza and a gluten free and you could hardly tell the difference. We had the Queen Margherita and the Pomodoro Bianco. Everything was fresh like they had just picked it from the garden. The flavors were perfect... More

I highly recommend this restaurant. The pizza is FANTASTIC, not your ordinary boring pizza. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed and the staff is always friendly.

In July 2014 went here for the first time a few weeks after vacationing in Italy where we enjoyed having great pizza almost everyday. Naturally wasn t expecting anything special . To my surprise the pizza was so good, I had to tell the manager/owner that their pies were among the best I ve had including the pizza we recently... More

On our way to the nearby Beacon Cinema we stopped at Baba Louie's for dinner. A large gathering was taking place yet we were still seated promptly. Our waitress was friendly and efficient and took our drink orders right away while we waited for friends. The menu, while not large, has some incredible combinations of dressings, herbs and spices and... More

We spend the summers in the area and Baba Louie's is one of our favorite places. This was our first time here this season and we were not disappointed. Julie (or is it Julia?) was our server She performed an outstanding job. Always smiling and happy to be of service. Family size salads are big enough to fed the 4... More
