The first three tapas we chose were awesome...then sadly the next two were meh. Not lacking for freshness, but just not what we liked. Desert was basic, but delicious. Live band Jazz band was a nice touch. Definitely a fun upbeat place for out of towners on a Friday night after a movie across the street.

What a fantastic spot for delicious food -- tapas. Spanish wines by bottle or glass -- and very friendly atmosphere. Husband and I shared grilled Caesar -- mussels - with wine & garlic & herbs -some of the best ever -- and we are particular -- ;)) and a delicious paella -- which we shared. Everything on the menu looked... More

This little Tapas Restaurant and Bar was a super find while visiting Pittsfield. The location is convenient to the downtown area and the restaurant has a great vibe. Service was very friendly and the food was quite tasty. We had Gazpacho, Goat Cheese Salad and Paella for two. It is a great place to socialize with friends and I would... More

This was an excellent find. There were 7 of uis in attendance. Everyone was impressed with the food and atmosphere. The food was based around Spanish cusine. We all tried different dishes and shared and no one was disappointing. Our server was excellent she was very patient & did a great job describing the dishes and recommending favorites. Tuesdays are... More

Midway through a Sunday evening I made a stab in the dark and tried Mission Bar and Tapas. A delightful choice. The atmosphere has been described as "hipster" but for this middle-aged woman it was perfectly fine. We started with a Belgian pale ale and a glass of Spanish wine. There is a decent selection of craft beers on tap... More

Mission Bar and Tapas is the hiippest locale in PIttsfield--but you may have heard that already from other folks. The food is tapas, small plates and larger plates and unique. Just as an example, you can order mussels, stuffed dates wrapped in bacon, arugula salad or a baked goat cheese salad, or mini sandwiches and sliders and fried potatoes, among... More

Mission has delicious tapas (I always recommend the bacon wrapped dates and patatas bravas!). Also has live music several nights a week, which can be either good or bad (especially on open mic night). The food and drinks are pretty pricey but for special occasions or nights when I decide to treat myself, I always choose Mission!

GREAT food...extensive selection of beers and wines that are anything but run of the mill. There is an energy and attitude that at once lifts you and makes you feel like you are the missing puzzle piece being put into place. Entertainment is cramped into the front, but somehow the tight space just adds to the atmosphere. Can't wait for... More

I've never been to Spain so it is fair for me to say I don't know what a "real" Tapas bar should be like. I've been to one highly rated restaurant in NYC that is self-proclaimed to be a Tapas restaurant, and that may be my best reference point. Many places offer a Tapas menu that generally consists of "small... More

This was my fourth trip there and I will go back when in the area. The food is always quick, hot and fresh. The pulled pork empanadas were excellent, I also had the steak taco special and those were great as well. They also had a band playing that made for a great casual atmosphere.
