Turner's Yard is now 615 and has a whole new staff and management. The menu is very much improved and the bar staff is very friendly and attentive. Pizzas are good as are the salads. I hope they keep up the good work. It is nice having a good restaurant so close to home.

We stopped here for drinks and really enjoyed sitting at the rather large bar, complete with 10 large TV screens, four on each side and one at each end. Our questions of the couples at the bar and of the bartender elicited the fact that they are best noted for their burgers and especially their pizza. Several people seated in... More

My many visits have all been just so-so...the wood-fired pizza is very good, but the rest of the menu items are really nothing special. The bar however is one of my favorites on the South Shore, with a wide variety of beer and drink specials, and a good place to get together with friends. Turners Yard needs to re-invent itself.... I went there last night with a friend for an early dinner. The service was great, the atmosphere was comfortable and friendly. The food was less than average, that's all I can say about it. The buffalo chicken dip was bland and had very little chicken. The fried fish sandwich was so thick with batter it was hard to tell... More

The waitress suggested the pizza of the day which was supposed to be white, with mozzarella, jalapeno bacon, shrimp etc. After 20 minutes, someone (manager?) approaches us to let us know the chef made a mistake and it would be another 5 minutes. No problem...we were ok with that. Well...when it finally came out, it wasn't cooked properly and there... More

expecting real Irish food, I can do much better at home. No love was put into the food, in my opinion. Prices were not cheap for that type of plate.

a bit of a way off the highway. My meal and my mothers meal was overcooked. I got steak tips and asked for medium rare and they were barely pink inside, some weren't at all. my mother got some pork meal and the pork was dry. service was ok except that once we got our food she never came back.

Went there tonight with my wife. We have been to just about every food place, high and lo, on the South Shore, and we took a ride to check it out. Our waitress was very attentive and pleasant. She did not say her name but it was tattooed on the inside of her wrist. I don't think she used the... More

After hearing the local buzz for over a year now, expected this to be something special. First thing I noticed was that they've retained the floor plan of the previous establishment: a huge bar, with booths along the walls on three sides and several more tables on the other side. There are no dividers and the bar is noisy so... More

Recently reserved the "Community Table" (high stools) for a retirement get-together of 10. Great service and the wood-fired pizza was a hit with guests.
