This restaurant has old-fashioned flair, no wonder how popular this place is among people of the golden age. Simple, fresh and generous food, for my taste too old-fashioned. It was good experience, however waitress could talk too much and easily mixed up all your orders, but they are old friends with patrons and nobody was upset except of us (because... More

It had been 6 months or so since I had been able to go. The sticky buns are so good. I ordered the prime rib as it is my favorite. Had to order is medium well for health reason even though I prefer medium. It was still very good and tasted great. My wife had the chicken cordon bleu and... More

We had a gift certificate to the Century House. I have gone past this restaurant a million times but have never gone in to eat but we were pleasantly surprised. We were greeted with delicious bean dip and chive cottage cheese with individual crackers, memories of days past of getting more for your dollar. My husband ordered the catch of... More

Made reservations for dinner but honestly I had no interest in eating Easter dinner here. My better half wanted to try it so I gave in. It's pretty dated inside and our table was not cleaned well nor the seats or for that matter the floor. Besides that the food was actually pretty good and so was the service. We... More

it's been years since we've frequented this restaurant , and my husband is a sucker for a good prime rib so we chose to go to Century house. Arrived about 4 pm on a Saturday, just before crowds picked up. Restaurant about 1/2 full (within 45 minutes completely full with waiting area busy). Husband asked for an end cut on... More

There is nobody in all of North Shore that can beat the Prime Rib and Baked Stuffed Shrimp meals. Mondays and Tuesday deals can't be beat. Also have the best Vodka Martini's!

Century House is a fun place to go for lunch on Saturday afternoons. The food is good, the bartenders and drinks are the best I've ever experienced. Its an inviting atmosphere. There are two large bars in the tavern and it is so much fun to get to know all the regulars and play Keno and cheer each other on.... More
