Is this anyway to treat a customer....swearing over the phone using the most vulgar language because the restaurant made a mistake. all i wanted was a replacement sandwich. Don't go! Giovanni's does NOT deserve customers. more

i always liked the other giovanni's which is right down the street better then this one. the last time i ate here i was in the middle of my tuna salad sub when one of the employee's friends came in. the employee asked him what he wanted- on the house. the guy asked for a sub (i forget what kind)... more
