Absolutely love this place. The new owners are so nice and do a phenomenal job running this place. It's real small but we always end up getting a few seats at the diner either right away or after a quick wait. Highly recommended to anyone!

Just a breakfast/lunch place behind the Courthouse in Peabody, but what great food for the purpose. Homemade Hollandaise with just the right touch of lemon; perfectly poached eggs (flowing orange yokes vs. overcooked yellow paste); perfectly griddled English muffins all combine for a wonderful "benedict". You then choose your "meat", with my favorite being the homemade Hungarian sausage vs. the... More

Food and service excellent. No bathroom. Very hard to get into the place. Tough stairs, wrong type of door to access.

Old fashion quality and service worth the wait...a train car sized breakfast/lunch diner with no tables or booths, just stools...the service is fabulous, the food is delicious, the home-made sausage and chorizo is AMAZING! A MUST WHEN IN THE AREA! Appeared in Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives...

This little spot was phenomenal. We did not know what to expect when we saw it from the outside. When we walked in we were even more shocked to see how this place operates in such a small room. The food was delicious and full of taste. The home fries had a nice seasoning on it and the Hungarian Sausage... More

This little diner, and it is a little dinner, is a culinary delight ! The offerings are copious & well prepared with fresh ingredients & homemade sausages. The wait staff are both pleasant & efficient. If you are in the area and are looking for GOOD food served with a smile; this is the place. As aside note there are no... More

Oh were to start . . . upon the recommendation of the hotel concierge, we located this funky breakfast/lunch dinner. Entering into The Little Depot Dinner is a step back in time. Originally a wheeled lunchwagon serving the working class factory workers, it was converted into a fixed dinner alongside the old railroad tracks in downtown Peabody. Has only 15... More

We saw this place on roadtrippers and decided to go there for breakfast. It is a charming little - really little - 16-seat lunchwagon/diner. The two servers that were there - Jade and Alicia - could not have been more welcoming and their attitude pervaded the adorable place. We had a delicious sandwich served on an English muffin - homemade... More

Living mainly in urban areas, I can't remember the last time I walked into a place and truly felt welcomed. The diner itself is tiny. Maybe 14 stools at a diner bar but it could not be any more welcoming and impeccably clean. You are immediately greeted by one of the waitresses that either direct you to an open seat... More
