As others have mentioned, the Dirt Bomb is just about the greatest thing you can legally get these days. Just go get one and you'll know. While you are at the Cottage Street Bakery, don't forget that they put the same love that goes into the dirt bomb into EVERYTHING they make! Brownies? Oh yeah...they are amazing. Cakes? moist and... Ordered a apple pie for dessert at a friend's house.... it was terrific! Call in advance to order and it is worth it.

We stopped in for breakfast. We had a coupon deal from Cape Cod deals. Everything was superb! Besides the baked goods for breakfast, they serve omelet sandwiches and homemade granola. We chose the omelet sandwiches. Delicious! And the bread was SO fresh! Coffee was pretty good. We also bought brownies and those were great too! I think their big seller... More

Just off the main drag in Orleans, I found a little gem. Wish I had known about them before (thanks YELP!) I ordered two custom 6" cakes for a special triple birthday dinner. I called a few days in advance, had them custom decorate- Awesome, delicious cake! One carrot one chocolate mousse. Looked gorgeous, tasted better! Reasonably priced, happy to... More

Unfortunately, the rest of our muffin selections weren't quite as good and the scone wasn't even a scone, but a muffin in a different shape. The space felt cramped, given that we were there on a mid-September morning. Good coffee, with different flavors available.

We had a fantastic (large!!) cinnamon bun on a Saturday. We couldn't stop thinking about it and we went back during the week to buy more, but we learned that the bakery only sells them on the weekends. Other products are great too and reasonable prices

This is a sweet spot for breakfast or lunch. Muffins are HUGE and out of this world. Get hooked on their breakfast offerings, then try lunch! We chose an assortment of creative sandwiches for our beach picnic and were not disappointed. So tasty and inventive, and prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend!

This small welcoming shop has a wonderful array of baked goods including muffins, croissants, pies, cakes and tarts. The coffee is delicious as well. They also have a selection of tasty sandwiches perfect to take to the beach. My wife and I made this our first stop in the morning during a picture perfect week in Orleans. FYI Cottage Street... Great muffins and scones-especially the cranberry. Very good apple pie. Cupcakes just ok. Friendly staff. Worth the trip.

Coffee is delicious and the baked goods extraordinary. Problem is, no place to sit with a few friends to enjoy. It is a take out spot. That said, once you get it home….yummy!
