Seven of us met there and all enjoyed great meals and tasty, ample desserts. Nice, stylish atmosphere, too. However, the shabbily dressed server never made eye contact or smiled, and she didn't even reach to serve us our food. She just handed it to someone to pass around the table. The host was sullen and didn't speak, although he would... More

Over the years drove by but never stopped. Never heard anyone praise or mention it. This weekend stopped in on Sunday night. The front desk was pompous. The restaurant was empty and he suggested he could accommodate us at the bar! Looking down without eye contact he mumbled "reservations only". Don't need such BS on the Cape. Atmosphere is as... Wonderful atmosphere and service. A favorite with locals for good reason. Fish is the primary entree, dispensed creatively in generous portions. Good, limited wine choices.

We've never had a meal here that we didn't like. Small town service in an upscale, quiet restaurant. We loved the tapas bar menu for a quick lunch!

Admittedly, I've never been a fan of fish, however I'd heard such great things about Academy Ocean Grille, I decided to give it another try. Boy am I glad I did! They get their fish fresh daily, and make extraordinary dishes! I enjoyed their coconut and macadamia nut encrusted halibut (a daily special), and their Academy Swordfish~ a grilled center... More

I went for the first time with friends who highly recommended it. I ordered the haddock florentine, which came with couscous. It was absolutely out of this world. I would go back in a heartbeat.

My daughter and I were going to go the Public House on the ocean, but they were booked and I am glad they were. The server was attentive and helpful. My daughter had the salmon gravlax with potato pancakes. Unique and delicious. I got the jalapeno fritters. Yum. We were both in the mood for something other than seafood. We... More

Excellent martini and nice choices of draughts, I ordered theYellowfin tuna app, and thought it was bit skimpy and a little overcooked. My partner had the cod Reuben which she graciously shared with me. BEST cod reuben yet! Good service, nice ambiance. We will be back for dinner.

Our daughter and son-in-law recommended this restaurant and we are glad they did. This a nice, casual restaurant with carefully prepared and delicious food. I was particularly pleased by the great care they took verifying that none of the dishes included ingredients that my wife is allergic too. (They also have a large number of dishes that can be prepared... More

Glad we listened to a Brewster resident's recommendation. Quickly seated when we arrived. Very quiet although many tables were occupied. I had the pasta primavera with olive oil and garlic; and I added shrimp. My husband had pork tenderloin and our daughter had salmon. Will definitely go back when we travel to the Cape
