I guess by now we're regulars, so the folks know us; a great chef; for better or worse they do not turn over the menu much (I think twice a year), and a fine bartender. Nice to have them there year round.

Filet mignon was superb and the sea scallops were excellent. Always get here a couple times on vacation and have never had a disappointing meal.

I really wanted to give it 3 1/2 not 4 but it's not an option. It's always busy here. Try to get a table by the window to give yourself a little more space and privacy. Ordered a rare blue cheese burger with mushrooms. It came well done but the nice waitress offered and they brought me another one, but... More

Wow. You gotta eat here! It was pretty busy (ate here on a Saturday night), but we only had to wait about 15min before we got a table. The food came out in perfect timing, and the service was flawless. We started by sharing the beet salad, which was delicious, and perfect to share. My mom had the scallops, and... More

Slightly pricier than other restaurants in Orleans, but well worth it. Quiet, relaxed restaurant. Low key but efficient service. Loved the scallops entree.

One of the best in Orleans. Interesting menu, tasty food, good service and good ambience. Wish they would take reservations for small parties.

My wife and I stopped here on our way to Wellfleet. The atmosphere was warm in the service very good. We share a muscle appetizer special, a beet salad and Seafood Fra Diablo. The muscles were outstanding, the salad okay and the pasta very good. It's a nice place and we would return here next time we are passing through.

We were staying in Orleans for a few days at a friends house and we love the laid back dining. The Beacon Room was a nice option. The restaurant was bright and airy with high ceilings. I will start with the food since that made the biggest impression. Besides the house salad two of us had the gorgonzola walnut and... More

We had read good reviews and booked a table. The waitress was helpful and the food outstanding. I had a delicious canteloupe cocktail then we shared the lobster sliders which were great (especially the bread) Scallops on asparagus risotto followed and was equally delicious. We wished we were staying another day so we could return!

We arrived a bit later in the evening and was the last table to leave. No one rushed us which was surprising, but comforting since we are the type to linger. The food was delicious and wait staff very friendly and helpful. Best part of the meal were the delicious rolls... mmmm!! First time at the Beacon after almost 7... More
