Yesterday we had lunch at the Orleans Inn. This is a lovely family run restaurant and Inn. We sat at the bar and had excellent service from the bartender. The turkey club sandwich and French fries were good. It would have been nice if the bread had been toasted and the bacon was thick cut, hot and crisp. It is... More

Thank you so much for your kind review. We are happy that you enjoyed your dining experience. The Turkey club can be toasted or grilled. Just let the server know your preference. The quesadilla can have whatever ingredients you like. Some guests do not like us to add peppers or scallions but you may have it however you like. The... More

We had just arrived late to Orleans and were looking for something convenient for dinner. The Orleans Inn was walking distance from where we were staying. We tried their fish & chips which was very good. We were inside vs on the patio and were comfortable. I thought the rest of the menu was limited but would consider going back... More

Have eaten here a few times over the years and those visits were good. This time, the food was pretty mediocre and the service hit or miss. The crab cake eater wondered if there was any crab! The lobster salad eater said it was the worst she had ever had - and romaine lettuce with lobster? Too harsh and overpowering!... More

Thank you for the time you took to give us your opinion. Thanksgiving weekend is one of our busiest as you must have experienced. Our guests say the lobster salad is the best they have ever had on the Cape. Taste is a matter of personal preference and we respect that. The crab is 100% lump crab meat with no... More

Returned to Orleans recently and had lunch at Orleans Inn with some old friends. The service and food were good and the ambience was great. Can't beat lunch on the patio overlooking the Cove.

We came to the Orleans Inn for lunch and drinks. The view was just gorgeous and very relaxing. We both started with clam chowder which was very good. For lunch I had the lobster tacos and my fiance had the lobster ravioli. The lobster tacos were amazing. It came with two fresh homemade tacos, both filled with lobster and a... More

This was a nice place to sit and have a leisurely lunch. My husband and I dined outside on their covered deck which has a nice water view. Our server was attentive and the food was good. I would definitely come back when traveling through the area again.

Thank you so much for the kind review. We saved the Inn 18 years ago and totally rebuilt the Deck and recently added the awning. We are so pleased that you found us and enjoyed the experience. We appreciate guests like you that share such positive feelings. More

Stopped spontaneously for dinner and they seated us immediately. The dining room overlooks the harbor and the outdoor seating is down on harbor level. The fish and chips were very good!

Went here our first night in town because we wanted a restaurant on the water. The service was good, but the food was just OK. Overall we felt like this was more like a pub for drinking rather than a foodie place.

Great Summer spot on Cape Cod. Our group of 9 was accommodated on the outside deck without a reservation. The location, atmosphere, & service more than made up for the average food. We would return again with a large group next Summer.

The food was quite good, but the service took forever. And frankly, we felt like we were the youngest customers there. The majority of the patrons seemed to be over 70, and I'm not sure why that is. The view was waterfront, but it wasn't ocean which was what we hoped to find. I guess we had to go further... More

Thanks for your nice review. Our clientele range from newborn to elderly. We serve almost a thousand guests a day in 3 dining areas. All areas offer a panoramic view of Town Cove which leads out to the ocean. The National Seashore has protected development on the ocean and there are no other waterfront locations. We were blessed to save... More
