My daughter, young grandson and I showed up for breakfast at the Orleans Inn only to discover that the Inn serves a full breakfast for their guests but not to the general public. The inn keeper, Ed Mass, immediately invited us for breakfast. We found a beautiful table on the deck overlooking Town Cove and he brought out bacon, scrambled... More

The fish is not fresh and the other offerings ordered by our party of six were on a par with a cafeteria at a community college. The service is fine as is the view, but if you want to eat go elsewhere.

Thousands of happy guests make up for your obvious attack on our family. You continue to post lies and will be held accountable. Your family is mortified at your misrepresentation and actions. More

The view on the deck is beautiful and that's why we keep going back. The food is ok, nothing to write home about. There is a varied selection, but the taste is similar to an Applebee's. The drinks, depending on what you get are good. Martini's are not. Service is good and server's are attentive. The view!!!

Thanks for your review. We are not gourmet but do offer a very nice selection and variety of food from our menu with lunch and dinner specials. I bought the Inn 19 years ago and made sure it was kept open to the public. The overall experience includes great service and view at a moderate price. Our mission statement is... More

Quaint waterfront deck with a nice menu but a bit on the high side $$ Food was good. Fish & chips was a large portion. One of the specials was tuna sashimi. It was very tasty, ample slices of rare (but not raw) tuna on a heavily dressed salad. Salad on the small side for $16 but good Service was... More

Thank you so much for the nice review. We are so glad you enjoyed some of the new items offered on the menu. The tuna has been very popular. Our drinks are complimentary refills so I apologize if your glass was not kept full. We strive to obtain perfection but we missed this time. We agree the Inn is quaint.... More

Just recently dined at the Inn as we have often done, but unfortunately it doesn't seem to be quite the same as it used to be. In the spring we had dinner on the pub side and it was just okay...passable service and the food was okay...just kind of a "meh" experience. We were a little surprised, but that can... More

We have had the busiest season ever. We are at max capacity this year and know it will be a few months before we can catch our breath. It is like this every season on Cape Cod. We were featured on the cover of Cape Cod Life this month and have been as popular as ever. We clean the Inn... More

This restaurant has a very nice waterfront setting, something that is surprisingly rare on Cape Cod. The thing is the overall rating of is skewed by the setting. The food is mediocre. Period. I'd like to say: skip the food and go there for a relaxing drink and maybe an appetizer. But there is nothing special about the drinks or... More

We are glad you enjoyed the view. We were featured on the cover of Cape Cod Life magazine this month as the most spectacular waterfront dining and outdoor fun. We have added many new items to the menu including tuna sashimi and raw bar. Our drinks are the most reasonably priced and the Berry Sangria is the most popular. The... More

On a recent weeknight in June, we attempted to eat an early dinner here, on their outdoor deck. We were seated next to a very noisy party with several tables pushed together, although there were many other empty tables. The hostess seemed unable to understand our request for another table. The noisy party continued for the entire 90 minutes we... More

We now understand it is all about you. We seat you on a gorgeous waterfront deck but you want no one else seated near you. We should have asked everyone else at the Inn to leave to make you more comfortable. We also understand we are to cook food that we purchased and paid chefs to prepare so you can... More

Plan to eat outside on the deck from June through the end of the season-the views of the Cove and the gentle breezes create a much better atmosphere than the inside dining room which is a bit less comfortable and is stuffy. The salads are very tasty and more than enough for two people or as a meal. Drinks are... More

Yesterday we had lunch at the Orleans Inn. This is a lovely family run restaurant and Inn. We sat at the bar and had excellent service from the bartender. The turkey club sandwich and French fries were good. It would have been nice if the bread had been toasted and the bacon was thick cut, hot and crisp. It is... More

Thank you so much for your kind review. We are happy that you enjoyed your dining experience. The Turkey club can be toasted or grilled. Just let the server know your preference. The quesadilla can have whatever ingredients you like. Some guests do not like us to add peppers or scallions but you may have it however you like. The... More
