We needed a place to get a simple bite on our way to the Cape Cod beach. We didn't want anything too posh (tired of paying for $21 for a lobster roll). So, this place was perfect. True that most of the food is fried seafood (neither of which I am fond of), but the sandwich and soup I got... More

We had lunch here on two consecutive days. Sandwiches were very good. Excellent variety of beers. My wife liked the mixed drinks. They were very accommodating in allowing us to watch a game in the side room on the first day. Casual attire.

A casual, homey restaurant/bar with a very good good menu variety and above average quality. Burgers and fries...$8.95. Adding sides can jack up the bill, but the food and comfortable atmosphere is worth it.

My wife and I ate there tonight, basically looking for a friendly atmosphere with good food. We split an appetizer of fried calamari which was tasty but could have been a little more crispy. My wife had the lobster roll for dinner and loved it - large chunks of meat and nicely prepared - but my stuffed shrimp was not... More

Dated decor, noisy, not the cleanest, food ordinary…there are other places to spend your money. Our waitress brought the water glasses by carrying them with her fingers over the rim of the glasses and sticking in the water. YUCK! Then, she picked up a clean dish to bring to our table and stuck it under her armpit. We left.

Every time we visit Orleans, we head to the Yardarm first. it has a real local hangout feel and the food is yummy and not too expensive. This time we had the chicken piccata with linguine, stuffed shells and the knockwurst platter - all were delicious. Service is always excellent. We'll be back!

Atmosphere is divey but food was good. Had a half outer/clam fried plate; enough for two ($25). Fresh fish great batter!! Fried chicken was good too! Coleslaw left me sad. Kind of funky and missing my beloved "tang". Server said they use an apple cider vinegar. My taster said "funky" cabbage....?? Service was abrupt and efficient. No chit chat but... More

We visited the Yard Arm with a party of six, were seated within 20 minutes or so. You can tell the is the place locals go, staff was very friendly, even one of the regulars started interacting with my grandson, great environment. All of were very happy with our meals, fish and chips, fish tacos to name a few. Drinks... More

Ate here on 7/29/2014 with good friends. We were there about 7:30 and had to wait about 15 minutes. It is small, dark and noisy inside. I ordered the teriyaki steak tips which I believe were $15.95. We also ordered an app of the mozzarella sticks. They were the standard fare probably taken from a box in the freezer. They... More

This place has good food and offers a bit of a change from the Standard Cape Cod pricey seafood. Play change-up and go here for a great little specials list with good prices, i.e.: Manicotti with homemade marinara sauce for $10, etc. Hamburgers, pasta, seafood, steak tips, etc. All is pretty well done and prices are very reasonable. Good for... More
