If you want to experience a real local casual restaurant, this is it. The photo in this review is not accurate....must be a joke. The food is good and the Thursday night Prime Rib special is our favorite. Try the seafood stew too, really good. In season there are long waits so for us it is off season only visits.... More

Classic local joint with good food. It's a favorite with the locals and they tolerate us wash-shores. It's a fun place with reasonable prices. Quite an original

Seniors enjoy Wife & I have been seasonal regulars. A local pub/ restaurant with a good selection of food. Each weekday night has 8-10 blackboard specials. Thursday ( prime rib) & Friday ( rack of ribs) more meaty items. A tasty reg. order of onion rings is good for 2 as an appetizer. Had an excellent large rack of ribs.... More

Had read a lot of positive press on this place. And the prices weren't on the level of the usual gouging on Cape Cod. I wondered if you get you pay for. Pleased to report it was a great value for the money. We went on prime rib night. Despite having eaten during a week on the Cape a lot... More

Have eaten here a couple of times. Food is always very good. Very good value. Only thing is I wish there was a separation that went all the way to the ceiling between the dining room and the bar. The smoke travels. They let people smoke too close to the door.

Love this place because it is not pretentious and many locals gather for refreshment and or dinner. The Sox, Celts, or Pats are always on the tv in the bar. The crowd is very accepting of other teams, except Yankees fans. Beer is always cold because sometimes its a long wait. They do a lovely "piece of white" fish generally... More

We went here by accident but we are glad we did. Waitress recommended the Cajun swordfish over Caesar and it was the best we have ever had. Cooked and seasoned perfectly. Clam chowder was great. Daughter ordered pasta with marinara. I was not expecting much but that was great too. Probably best pasta from a restaurant that was not strictly... More

When we arrived the place was full with parties waiting outside to go in. This gave me a false sense that we were in for a good family meal. That assumption started to deteriorate as soon as the waitress started taking our order. She seemed overwhelmed and haphazard. The place is not cheap but she came to take our order,... More
