Run don't walk to the Sparrow in Orleans. Actually take the bike as it is right on the bike path route in the area. Order the frozen hot chocolate or mocha sparrow and you will leave happy you did. All of the desserts are frehly made and quite good. Stop reading this review and go.

Chocolate, Coffee, Ice cream, they have all the basic food groups well covered and delicious. Ooops, I forgot soups and sandwiches, but who needs those!

They also have great fudge and specialty drinks. A must for anyone visiting Orleans. If you are biking through the area this is right along the bike trail making it a great spot to stop at along your ride.

During my visit to Orleans I went to Hot Chocolate Sparrow on two occasions. On the first occasion it was very, very busy and yet they were able to take our order quickly and get the food out within 15 minutes. It was less crowded on our second visit. There is seating inside the shop. When all the tables are... More

To-die-for fudge, cute place, with nice little place to sit behind. Seriously amazing fudge. I wanted to buy all the treats.

I stayed here while my daughter and her children biked along the bike path to the bay. I had a great latte, and later a very good pressed sandwich (mozarella, pesto, and sun dried tomatoes). All were under $5 and $5.08 with tax. Unfortunately, they had run out of the vegan soup which I wanted to try to. They have... More

The Almond Cream Cake is to die for!!! Good thing that I don't live near this place or I would be gaining some major weight! Must try this cake! Now, for the chocolate cake and frozen hot chocolate...not as great. The cake was dry but still had some tasty parts. The frozen hot chocolate was a disappointment, my daughter wouldn't... More

Our friends took us here, on a recent visit to Cape Cod, for a hot chocolate milk shake. I loved the slushy chocolatey goodness! Other must haves are the Carmel chocolate dipped pretzels rods, toffee, fudge and of course the ice cream!
