Don't know what changed, but not the same!!!

My family and I have been numerous times, and was allways a great experience. Not this time. I ordered the Hole in One special Breakfast, and was brought 2 eggs and whole wheat toast. The waitress noticed this as she brought it to out table, and immediately took it back. Only problem was I now had... read more

It seems everyone knows about this place, the wait was 45 mins when we went there recently on a Sunday morning at 11. We ordered "to go" but it would have been worth the wait! My husband couldn't stop raving about their breakfast sandwich (on a potato roll) and i loved their corned beef hash and potato pancakes. The atmosphere... More

We went on a Sunday morning and had to wait about 15 minutes as it was quite crowded. It was worth the wait. Our food came quickly, and was hot and fresh. Everything was cooked to perfection. My pancakes were excellent and the bacon done exactly right. My wife's potato pancakes were also excellent. I would go back.

Small 2 story gem of a breakfast place with plenty of different selections, ample portions, and delicious food. I had a pretty basic breakfast of sausage and eggs but I added potato pancakes and they were out of this world. The next day I stopped in for takeout and ordered a fried egg, cheddar cheese , sausage breakfast sandwich on... More

We went into a new place and after realizing its menu was 60's granola, we left and came here. What a selection from basic to simply decadent. She had the quiche and I had the Eggs Mulligan, an eggs benedict dish with corned beef hash. Both were terrific. They also serve Victor coffee which is terrific coffee for restaurants. All... More

Donuts and a variety of egg and breakfast dishes make this an early morning favorite. Grab a donut hole from the basket on the counter, and take a stool or seat (can be a wait during the summer). My favorite is the Farmer's Benedict - fresh vegetables, focaccia bread and a velvety hollandaise sauce to mop everything up in.

I come here for the Nanny's potato pancake breakfast plate. I like it served with sausage and sour cream and a couple eggs. OMG ! The corned beef hash is home made and better than you have had anywhere.

This is a hidden jewel in Orleans with limited seating, so it is best to go during non-peak breakfast and lunch hours. I have NEVER had a bad meal there. And the prices are amazing - especially when you consider the portions and the flavor. I am also amazed at the loving, down home wait staff. No one is a... More
