Always fabulous

My boyfriend and I recently went here for dinner While the food was good, the service was terrible Upon walking in the hostess was nowhere to be found, so we proceeded to head for the bar The restaurant wasn't crowded. There were maybe 3 other groups of diners here. I assumed because this was a Sunday night that it was... More

We are long time customers at Joe's. Recently, we learned on their website that Joe had hired a new chef who created a completely new menu, so my wife and I and a couple of other friends made a reservation for dinner on Saturday. What an incredible delight! The menu had been completely renewed with an array of new, creative... More

Don't get lost along the way. The road to Joe's can be a little tricky particularly at night. Had dinner here last night with a group of friends (14 in all). We were on our way to a play at the Orleans Academy Playhouse and the staff was very accommodating regarding our need to not miss opening curtain. While we... More

Great choice on the small plates section didn't allow me to go any farther down the menu. The clam chowder came as described with a smooth blend of clams, taters and smoked bacon. Golden beet salad was also spot on. Fish tacos bigger than I expected but the fish so good I didn't mind the quantity. But then my friend... More

Had a meal of 'small plates' during a visit in January, 2015. Tried some soup, fried food, salad, the tuna poke and dessert. Great place for a meal and visit. The server was knowledgeable of the menu, the bus boy was attentive to our needs, and the atmosphere very welcoming. Worth a return visit.

We were staying at the Ship's Knees Inn and this place was one of the only places near by so we decided to try our luck. We walked in (off season) and the place was really lively and buzzing and there is lots to look at in terms of the decor. We had a lovely meal (we had dishes which... More

This was our 1st visit to Cape Cod for a short vacation. We decided to go off season just to avoid the crowds and enjoy the Atlantic coast in early fall. We decided to try Joe's based on some local reviews and we very very pleased with both the service and quality of the food. Our server was a pleasant... More

I loved the heirloom tomato and mozzarella salad as an appetizer and then I had the most delicious steak tips as a main course which was the perfect size meal for me. My husband had the grilled swordfish; it was perfectly cooked, a good size and came with these great crispy green beans. The service was attentive and I loved... More

This was a fabulous choice for restaurant week Oct. 2014! The highlights were the kale salad, roasted salmon, duck breast, seared tuna, creme brûlée, and bread pudding. The food was prepared so well with wonderful flavors. We ate too much. It was an excellent value.
