Nice place spotty execution

Joes is a great spot and I recommend it. I had a salmon burger and my wife had the fish special. Both were good. But- both of our orders came out wrong. We got free drinks to compensate us for the screw ups which was nice. I'd go back to Joe's if I were in Orleans again.

First night in the Cape and headed over to Joes, amazing food great atmosphere. First night we were there we had a great waiter called Oli, British guy, ask for him and you will be looked after! Second time we visited we had Rhea as our Waitress and again did not disappoint. 5* staff and food.

My wife and usually stop by Joe's for dinner each time we visit Orleans. We went to Joe's tonight for a quick meal and had a wonderful evening. We shared the goat cheese/portobello mushroom appetizer which was very tasty and fresh. My wife, who is an amazing Italian cook, thoroughly enjoyed the tagliatelle and I had the fish and chips,... This is one of the all-time faves for locals in Orleans and tourists in any season. Joe's has good food, fair prices, and is just a fun place for a leisurely dinner and a few rounds with friends.

The good news is that the restaurant is much improved with a new chef and is again a good place to come for dinner. After staying away for 18 months, friends suggested we return and they were right. And the best news - for those who need special attention (in our case - vegan) this is a place to try.... More

I am a sucker for fresh fish, francaise or piccata. Joe's is one of the local restaurants that benefited in this regard from once having Christian Schultz (current at L'Alouette in Harwich Port) in the kitchen - his rendition of fresh local sole or flounder is worth chasing around! At Joe's, the presentation is complemented by well prepared mashed potatoes... More

I never really have a bad thing to say about Joes. Needless to say, eating here is a perennial favorite for my entire family. From the food, drink, and ambiance, I can honestly say that I have never had a bad meal. We can be on the Cape for a week and eat here 3 out of the 5 nights... More

My boyfriend and I recently went here for dinner While the food was good, the service was terrible Upon walking in the hostess was nowhere to be found, so we proceeded to head for the bar The restaurant wasn't crowded. There were maybe 3 other groups of diners here. I assumed because this was a Sunday night that it was... More

We are long time customers at Joe's. Recently, we learned on their website that Joe had hired a new chef who created a completely new menu, so my wife and I and a couple of other friends made a reservation for dinner on Saturday. What an incredible delight! The menu had been completely renewed with an array of new, creative... More
