I frankly cannot remember how we chose to eat here, but we're glad we did. We were visiting Cape Cod and staying in Brewster, and had a day of beach sight-seeing (from Nauset to Nauset Light, to First Encounter), so we were making our way back to Brewster from Eastham. I think maybe we'd met someone on a beach who... More

Good food, excellent service! Noise level is high. It is hard to have an intimate conversation, but if you are okay with that, I recommend it to you!

Some friends told us about Joe's. Did not disappoint. Food was excellent, try the steak tip appetizer, excellent! Service was fine, prices are good. Will be back next year when we go on vacation.

Hubby and I stayed in East Orleans on our recent trip, and on our way to/from Nauset Beach, noticed their happy hour special: Buck a shuck! Arrive right at 4 to get a seat at the bar and enjoy $1 oysters...delicious. The rest of the food offerings look great. Also enjoyed the tasty brussels sprouts crostini...a super tasty way to... Been coming to Joe's since we held our wedding reception there 14 years ago. (Friends and family still rave about that nite in Oct, 2000.). Our annual pilgrimage to the Cape always includes a trip to Joe's as highlight and Cathy and Joe never disappoint. Over the years have introduced friends and now our two young boys, who love it... This was our first time visiting this restaurant. The waitress was fun and efficient. The food was unbelievable. We stayed a while after we finished eating and conversed with the owner. Everything that night was perfect. We will definitely be going back.

With a name like Joe's Beachside Bar, we thought is was going to be all casual and beachy. It is not! The restaurant is in a lovely old inn from the 1800's. We were seriously under dressed in flipflops, but no one there batted an eye. I was a little self conscious when I saw the other diners. The menu... More

This restaurant has amazing food, and amazing service! Although we waited a while for our table (what else do you expect on a cape cod Saturday night) it was definitely worth it. The kale salad, BBQ chicken pizza, and lobster linguini special were all great.

Joe's has recently upgraded their menu - it's a little pricier, but worth it. We loved all of our entrees - buttermilk fried chicken, pork medallions, pasta bolognese and the seven cheese pizza. And the creme brûlée was fabulous! Be sure to sit on the bar side of the restaurant - it has a lot more atmosphere than the family... More

Sorry but a second chance did not improve Joe's,The menu is still very limited and the food prices are too high. More serious is that the food was not good again. The place itself is nice but that's as far as we found it acceptable. We also think the main hostess, Joe's wife, could be more courteous in greeting people and... More
