I don't see what some other TripAdvisor reviews seem to see in this place. We stopped for ice cream and nothing that any of us had was in any way special or out of the ordinary. Don't get me wrong, the ice cream is quite good and we enjoyed it. But to earn something better than an average rating you... More

Family favorite! Always great. Great choice of ice cream flavors. Sit and enjoy at the tables. Don't miss.

The service was excellent, ice cream was just average, nothing special. The highest priced root beer float known to man - $4.90 for a can of pop with one scoop of ice cream on the ridge of the glass, unreal! The website advertised this as housemade 'soda' and it was a can of pop that was opened in front of... More

Stopped in after the ball game in town, and found a scaled back menu of flavors, an empty, grubby shop and bored young servers who didn't seem to care much about the ice cream or our questions. Prices are ridiculous. You can only get 1 flavor in a 1 scoop ice cream size - which is not small and more... More

The ice cream was good, but did not feel welcome there at all. The kid who waited on us appeared unable to smile, as did the woman who was taking an ice cream cake order. Just didn't feel like anyone cared that we were there, and there were only three of us in there, so not crowded. Nice outdoor seating,... More

As I was driving by this establishment, I noticed a sign that said "this is for the ice cream connoisseur..." I can almost consider myself a connoisseur, and this was a disappointment. Their flavors were ok, but I didn't get what I ordered. It didn't have that homemade, creamy freshness that I look for. New Englanders love their ice cream,... More

On vacation my goal is ice cream every day. On this trip to Cape Cod I tried 3 different spots and this one was my favorite. The flavors were great, you could tell it was made with high quality ingredients and it was not too sweet. I am here one more day and looking forward to stopping one last time... More

Three words: "Serious Chocolate Addiction." The ice cream is high-quality, creamy and delicious. The chocolate flavor is intense. There are lots of chocolate chunks, not just a few. It is definitely a chocolate orgasm! All their flavors are great but somehow I can’t stop ordering this one. I can’t wait for them to re-open next Spring.

My family has been going to "Emacks" since we first began vacationing on the Cape about 25 years ago. Their ice cream is delicious! In all the years we've been going, we've never gone to other ice cream places because we are SO happy with this gem. I highly recommend their formerly named "Almond Joy" (I believe it's now called... Good ice cream, but $5.29 for a two scoop medium cup. Lots if other ice cream parlours with ice cream of at least quality and substantially less expensive.
