Pan Seared Tuna with lobster risotto is a must!

My girlfriends and I were in town for Memorial Weekends getaway, we wanted some good seafood dining with reasonable pricing. The good reviews attracted us to RED CAT. It was 8pm and the restaurant was packed and fully booked for both nights! We have to be seated nearly 10pm. As we put our name... read more

This place really has it going on in terms of atmosphere BUT the owner is god awful. Unfortunately I didn't have the pleasure of eating here because we arrived right before the kitchen was closing. Which is fine, but when my boyfriend and I walked in the owner dismissed us like he wanted us to leave and the sweet waitress... More

We were recommended to come here by Erik at the Oak Bluffs Inn and we were not disappointed! The Island was pretty quiet because it was very early season so we didn't expect to see so many people dining. The place was bustling and had a really chilled out, funky vibe. The waitress was great too and suggested some wines... More

I really wanted to like this place more after reading other reviews. It certainly has some things going for it. It's a fun atmosphere — cool hole-in-the-wall vibe. The service, while pleasant enough, was very slow. And the food … I sampled a few of the dishes and everything was simply OK. Not terrible, mind you, but certainly not worth... More

Last night on Martha's Vineyard and wanted something different than traditional seafood. What a blast! Very eclectic. Brussel sprouts, beets & Caesar salad were great. Chef's specialties different all the time; even on same night. Wonderful combinations of ingredients & flavors that are delicious & exciting! Go try it out!!!

Now, this is a great option for dinner, maybe the best one in the island. In this sort of trendy pub, the food is delicious (scallops are amazingly well prepared), the staff is friendly and the whole atmosphere, very cool. When I was there, cult movie Labyrinth was on TV (silent, of course) and the music selection was great.

Very "Vineyard". Consistently great food amid a casual and fun setting. Intimate and ok for romantic dinners or with the kids. Always a good time.

We were a five-some at this small but charming super casual restaurant just a few blocks from the Harbor in Oak Bluffs. We immediately were seated upon arriving, a prime table on the porch so we could watch all the action. Within 30 minutes the entire restaurant was packed! We ordered appetizers: crispy Brussel sprouts, beet salad and steak tartare.... More

The Red Cat is a small, eclectic restaurant with fabulous food. No pomp..no circumstance...but great food. This was not our first trip, and we have never been disappointed. The fried brussel sprouts are always a winner and we loved the fried oysters as well! The NY strip special was out of this world, as was the fresh ricotta. Our least... More
