Very good, authentic Lebanese food

I've been wanting to try Byblos for a long time. My first definitely won't be my last visit. The food was excellent, very much like what I grew up with. We were a group of 10, so had a little of everything. The tabbouleh was very good, the reviewer who complained that there was too much parsley... read more

There was a strange smell in the restaurant. At first I thought it was the food smell coming from the kitchen but it was either the staff or the carpet. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was okay. Pita bread was cold and would be better if warmed, hummus and tabouli was good but the Kibbee I... More

The food at Byblos is very good. Middle Eastern fare, well prepared. Good service though the waiter was a bit pushy. Our problem was the entertainment on Saturday night. It's too noisy to conduct a conversation if you'd rather talk than watch the belly dancer. Annoying.

Located on Washington Street in downtown Norwood this Lebanese ethnic restaurant scored highly in ambiance, selection, quality of food, and cleanliness. The outside restaurant appearance does not provide any insight into the wonderful ambiance and cleanliness. Our family of 4 was welcomed at the door and seated promptly. The friendly waitress was quite attentive without hovering over us. We ordered... More

We have been to Byblos many times in the last several years, and the food has always been superb with one minor exception I will get to shortly. The space is large but not crowded. There is no need to keep moving one's chair to accommodate servers or other diners. The tables are nicely set, and, oh the joy of... More

Byblos Restaurant is located in Norwood (MA) center. It serves Middle Eastern food. This was our first visit. My wife and I went with my sisters-in law who have been there on prior occasions. We had reservations for 7:00 P.M. and were promptly seated after our arrival. The restaurant was fairly full which is a good sign. Pita bread, olives... More

The food is excellent, the staff is very friendly, the service is fast but not rushed, and they have a belly dancer two nights a week. If you can't decide what you want, they have combo dishes.

If mediterranean is what you like, this is the place. We started with a sampler of grape leaves, hummus and a bunch of other delights I can't spell that were exceptional. Against my teenage daughter's wishes I had the lamb which was extraordinary. Even she found something on the menu that she liked.

There aren't too many Middle Eastern restaurant left in the area. Byblos was so good. The lamb was cooked to perfection. Everything else was great. The baklava wasn't what I was used to, but it was good. Still the restaurant is wonderful
