I love this place! Their hash of the day is aways changing and I have yet to have a bad one. They usually have a Benedict special and again, always good.. I like the pork belly. I have tried nearly everything on there menu and am always happy with the choice. They use local farm foods, and most items are... More

I was there's for breakfast and the manager was so disrespectful. Never will go there some one told me he's like that with the people who work there.

Decided to try Jake's because of the trip advisor reviews. The breakfast was even better than advertised! Best hash since the time I had hachis parmentier in Paris. Wouldn't think that a combination of baked beans, potatoes and beef would be so tasty but the special was superb. My wife loved the French toast stuffed with apple. Completely enjoyable experience.... More

So when I say breakfast is my favorite meal, a restaurant has a lot to live up to. Jake's didn't disappoint. Everything was farm fresh and baked goods were amazing. The bread! So fresh and warm. My only hitch was the sausage was touted as homemade with seasoning that had a bit of a kick. Sounded wonderful, sorry to say... More

This visit was borne of necessity...hungry kids, Tripadvisor app open, found the nearest best place and it happened to be Jake's in Northampton. So we found a place to park, unpacked the kids and walked along a busy mainstreet, crossing to Jake's. You walk into the first of two rooms of the restaurant, and the impression is that of a... We visited this wonderful local spot over Thanksgiving weekend. The continual stream of fresh brewed coffee and a creative breakfast hash provided just what we needed to another beautiful but cold day in Northampton.

My family is vegetarian and there was plenty to select from at Jake's. I have to say, though, that the fresh hot biscuits and homemade jelly have not left my mind since. They were totally satisfying at the time. But I want more! I can't stop thinking about them.

I stopped by on my way to VT after visiting my Brother in Longmeadow, He and his wife recommended the place to me. I've been in the business and owned a restaurant for 20 years and the crew at Jake's is doing it right! The whole experience was just pleasant, the atmosphere, food, service, price for quality product all worth... More

What we have found that makes a good restaurant is; first great service and then great food. It is easy for a consumer to visit a place with average food but outstanding service but hard to frequent a place with great food but bad service. Jake's has the best of both worlds. We were greeted the moment we walked into... More
