We enjoyed a fine meal here during Restaurant Week 2014, but only after a slow start. We were immediately seated for our Sunday 7pm reservation in a half-full restaurant. But then we waited and waited...and WAITED. The waitress knew were there (lots of eye contact), and when she finally came around to greet us, insisted that the restaurant had been... More

Inviting place with an expansive menu (not just beef but it her choices as well). Chorizo appetizer was bland, the steak was of high quality but no real Argentinian seasoning. The service was completely overwhelmed on the Saturday we were there. Water refills hard to get, glass of wine took 25 minutes, entree took almost an hour. Live flamenco guitar... More

We visited Caminito last night for a celebration dinner. While there are many restaurant choices in the Northampton area...this is an outstanding choice. We had a 6:30 pm reservation that was made earlier that same day. Unfortunately, it was a wet and rainy evening so outdoor dining was limited to 2 tables that were already occupied so we settled in... More

We had reservations for a party of 5 for a special occasion dinner, arrived right at the reservation time and were graciously ushered directly to a table. Drink & appetizer orders taken, and service right on time for the rest of the meal. Water glasses always full almost magically, and plates served and removed at just the right time. We... More

Great location, great evening weather-wise- perfect to sit outside on the deck at Caminito Argentinean. I hadn't been in a couple of years and had high hopes. I was with friends- a birthday celebration that we mentioned a couple of times- but there was no acknowledgement by the waitress or restaurant (no cupcake or "happy birthday!"). Our waitress was nice... More

I brought my husband to Caminito for an early supper. I had been there once before and this was his first visit. We were greeted at the door and despite being the only diners there, we received the haughty do you have a reservation? We were seated and that was the last of any attitude. Caminito serves food at a... More

We were a party of six at dinner and had an excellent time at Caminito. Ordered an Argentinian Malbec that was almost creamy, it was so good ($34 for the bottle) The lobster ravioli appetizer is fantastic. I had the beet salad - delicious. The bread came with a dipping sauce that was to die for - slightly spicy. I... More

This restaurant was a gamble we took for a special evening to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was so worth it! From the flamenco guitarist to the patio dining with a delicious pitcher of Sangria, it was so worth it. The beef was amazing, tender and deliciously spiced. It felt special from beginning to end!

This is one of the best restaurants I have visited in a long time... The restaurant itself is pretty small, reservation is needed due to the limited seating, the food is awesome and the service is great... I highly recommend this place!!

our friends who live locally brought us here for dinner, and we all had beef..the steaks and preparation were delicious, the service was fine, and it was warm and comfortable, during a snow storm, in an unpretentious interior. There were some nice appetizers, and a decent selection of entrees. My filet in a mustard cream was perfect. If you are... More
