Great food

Recently visited with family. We were seated immediately. The waitress was very attentive and pleasant. On that day they seemed to only have two waitresses and two cooks. Inspite of this the food was excellent and the waitresses were attentive. We enjoyed the steaks, crepes and ravioli. We... read more

First visit to this restaurant. Can't understand the negative reviews! Made reservations for 6 pm Saturday and the 4 of us arrived early and were seated quickly. Stayed indoors as a storm was expected but deck seating looked inviting. Great waitress who answered our menu questions enthusiastically. 2 thumbs up to the asparagus appetizer- yum. My filet with mustard sauce... More

My husband and I were really looking forward to trying Caminito after we purchased a Groupon. We were early for our reservation, but one of the wait staff was very accommodating and sat us early. That was the best service we received the rest of the evening. We were seated for almost 10 minutes before we were greeted by a... More

We have been here 3 times and never have been disappointed. The staff is very friendly, even when they are busy. If you are looking for a quick place to have dinner, this is not the place. Each meal is made in a wood fire oven, so it isnt quick, but it is worth the wait. Desserts are home made... More

Our party of twenty had dinner here on a Thursday night. The majority ordered steaks (of course), a variety of cuts from filets, to NY strips, to 18 oz ribeyes. Some diners preferred their meat cooked to medium, some to medium-rare, rare or well. Every single steak was cooked to perfection, and everyone was perfectly happy, if not euphoric. The... More

Wow was the food good. We started off with some appetizers--homemade Chorizo was pretty solid, the sweetbreads were very nice and the grilled cheese was very good. I highly recommend the spicy cauliflower soup. I had the 18oz rib eye and it was fabulous. A great cut of meat cooked perfectly and seasoned well. The veal demi glace was a... More

Food was really great, service was too, the only thing that could improve is the time it takes for food to come out...my friend and I probably waited close to one hour for food to come out...then again we were sitting out and it was a lovely night out, there was nice guitar playing music and we weren't really in... It may have just been an off night, so just take this as one opinion. We had 6:30 reservations on a Sunday night and requested an outside table. When we got there they told us they were short staffed and it would be about a 1/2 hour for a table outside to open. I was ok with that, but then... More

While coming out to pick up my son from school for the summer, we came across this wonderful little steak place. I had recently visited Argentina and am always happy to have a nice glass of Argentinean Malbec. The menu had some nice choices for both wine and food. My son had a filet that was prepared just as ordered... More
