Cold miserable night but toasty warm inside with delicious choices! I had the Pasta with wild boar ragu and I really enjoyed it. We first had this dish in Tuscany where we fell in love with it. While maybe not quite that good it was truly satisfying and delicious. Service was friendly and Drinks mixed to our exact specifications were... More

Friends of ours invited us out to dinner and chose this restaurant and we joined them here. We had spent many years of just "driving by" so this was a new experience for us, but not for them - they knew what they were doing. We were early birds this day and were promptly seated. Our waitress was attentive and... More

My daughter and I had some great Italian food here, and there is a lot of different entrees to choose from. The restaurant is like an old very large house, quaint inside, so we enjoyed the atmosphere also. The service was very slow, had to wait a good 10 minutes just for our drinks and they weren't super busy. Aside from... More

6 of us met for dinner and it was easy to find right on Rte 6, plenty of parking and our server Kalie I believe her name is, she was outstanding with great people skills. I had the Wellfleet Oysters and the Chicken Saltimboca and it was very good and a LARGE portion. The others all commented how good the... More

The location for Montano's has been home to several restaurants over the past decades. We were recently advised to try them out for pizza. Their pizza was very good, but there is so much more! From Littlenecks in a white wine broth to pasta and veal. We enjoyed it so much that we went back one omre time before our... More

Four of us went to the restaurant for the early bird special. We found out they had a Calamari, artichoke, pepper and Calamata olive appetizer that was spectacular and more than enough for 4 people to share. the bread was warm and crusty right from the oven with olive oil and grated cheese to dip it in. We each ordered... More

Montano's has improved in some manner every year. Homemade pasta was added a couple of years ago and the building was renovated in and out. Every appetizer and entrée is freshly made, the portions are beyond generous (we always take some home) and the prices are really fair. Try the Caesar salad and the lasagna.

We did need to wait to be seated, but traveling with 6 adults and one child, I think one should expect to wait a bit. Once seated, the waitress was very prompt to get drinks and orders. Service was a little slow, but so worth the wait. Very good, well prepared and presented Italian food. Loved the lassagne.

Since going to Montano's last year, we really looked forward to a return visit this year. We were not disappointed. Everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed each entree, especially the Chicken Pompeii, the Eggplant Parmigiana, and the Lasagna, and portions were generous. Service is attentive and pleasant. Even at a somewhat later hour the parking lot was quite full, but... More
