We have been there before an once again truly ejoyed ourselves. The waiter was attentive and the choice of fare was varied and delicious. I highly recommend the stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer. The quantity of food was plenty, needing a doggy bag to bring home the leftovers. Our weakness was surely the dessert tray. Bon appetite.

We stopped by Trio on a Thursday night looking for somewhere local that was a little different for "date night." We enjoy a nice bar and just planned on a few drinks with dinner at the bar. We arrived at about 6:30 and were surprised to see the lounged packed. They had live music. A small, local band of three... More

I have been to this restaurant on multiple occasions; dinner, lunch, New Year's,etc. and the food is consistently delicious and reasonably priced. Pistachio Chicken, Portuguese steak , and Strawberry Spinach Salad with goat cheese and honey glazed almonds are some of my favorites. They also have wonderful drinks including sangria, which they add a special twist to by offering multiple... More

We made reservations since it was Saturday evening. We were greeted as we came thru the door and escorted to our seats. Zach, our waiter, was at our side immediately to go over the menu. We had the mussels to start which were fantastic, my husband had the Azorean steak and I had the Portuguese steak, cooked exactly as we... More

We drive by Trio all the time but had never been there for dinner. Our neighbor had received a gift certificate so 6 of us headed there for dinner on a Saturday night. The place was busy and 2 of our friends had already arrived and been seated. The disinterested hostess pointed to them instead of escorting us to our... More

Our first impression was marred by a dark haired hostess who seemed annoyed. Not sure what was going on, but she was already angry before we entered the door, and was slapping things down on the podium. Not a great greeting. The ambiance was interesting, and we enjoyed the artwork, but it was rather loud. The table was so small... More

Our staff had dinner last night. It was nothing short of fabulous. Fresh crisp salads. Excellent appetizers. And wonderful entrees. I had surf&turf: filet mignonette and crab cakes. I've been to Maryland several times. The crab cakes I had a Trio put MD's to shame.

We were a group of 7 adults having lunch at Trio's in Dartmouth. It was just OK. The waitress was not familiar with several menu items and was unable to answer our questions. The menu was varied and specials were a good value at $15.99 for three courses. Tea was served without teabags. Special requests weren't taken care of and... More

If you like good quality Portuguese food with an extensive American menu, this is a great place to dine with family of friends.

This was our second time coming here. It was absolutely delicious. J got the Buffalo chicken Alfredo and asked to go lightly on the buffalo sauce. When the dish came out, there was enough to feed an army. The chicken tenders were all mixed in with the sauce but it was still crispy. I couldn't stop eating it. My husband... More
