The last few times I have called Burtons for a take out I noticed the person that answers the phone.....not very friendly at all! I made reservations recently and I have to say one of our orders was not correct which is no big deal but our waitress was visibly upset with the kitchen. Awkward moment!!! I ordered the Burtons... I brought my husband here last night for his birthday and although the food, as always, was outstand, the classiness of this place has gone out the window. Our waitress was very efficient, however, when the first question is "What can I GET you to drink"? Really? GET us? Whatever happened to "What can I bring you" or "What is... More

Sometimes we want a good meal but without driving to far. Burtons in North Andover gives us great choices, something more than pub food. It's a place for a more relaxed dining eperience and has a great wine list.

Great house salad, a favorite of many and can always be split for two. My husband loves their chowder. Everything here is great and always very clean and very clean restrooms.

This restaurant was recommended by the front desk at the hotel. Everything is freshly prepared to order and the food was very good. The waitstaff is also very good. Some items are a bit pricey, but you can find some reasonably priced items. I had a burger, my daughter had a salad, and we split an appetizer. All were delicious.

This is a sure way to end your evening early. It sounds like you're going someplace classy-they have oodles of expensive martinis and a haute cuisine menu. But even though you have a reservation, you'll have to wait in the cold, cramped lobby and get bumped by people going in and out. The bar is packed, SRO, the TV is... More

Loved the atmosphere! Upscale, yet can wear jeans. Mostly adults and older kids. The restaurant was busy at lunch and dinner the Saturday we visited. Wait staff was quite polite and personable. We enjoyed lunch so much we went back to have dinner later. I enjoyed pork tenderloin for dinner that was from a Maine farm.

Love Burton's for lunch or dinner. Accommodates families as well. Miss their Lava cake! Great Crab Cakes and burgers.

Pleasant restaurant with nice decor in effectively the middle of nowhere. Good service and promptly seated. Staff very attentive and friendly. Menu was excellent, but most of the interesting choices were appetisers. We ordered several appetisers to share instead of two mains and this was accommodated without any fuss. Great food and great service at a reasonable price point.
