Great food , exudes warmth and charm!

Charming Bistro with a great menu with unexpected items very well prepared. The house wines were well chosen and a good value. Location is hard to find but has adjacent parking. Just thought I would take a moment to write a new review after having a less than stellar experience and then writing a mediocre review in July. My husband and I ate at Gramercy twice within a week recently before concerts at Mass MoCA. Both times we ate in the bar area, and both times it was excellent. Since we... More

Who doesn't love a cafe inside of the largest museum of modern art in the U.S. It doesn't hurt that the food rocks, is eclectic (both the offerings and the people), and everyone is so nice! If you only see this one place in the Berkshires, its a trip worth taking!

On this very quiet Friday after Thanksgiving, our service at Gramercy Bistro was so laid back it verged towards the inattentive. Fortunately, the food more than made up for any service lapses. Our Garden salads were garnished with a healthy slab of good Blue Cheese. Delicious entrees of Paella and a baked pasta with roasted Butternut Squash and root vegetables... More

The Gramercy is located in the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art and offers a fairly broad selection for its dinner menu. We arrived late after a long trip and were pleased to find the restaurant still open. The service was impeccable, the food satisfying.

We had a delicious meal at Gramercy Bistro. The ambiance was sophisticated and the food delicious. It's a great find in North Adams!

White-table-cloth dining at reasonable prices is unexpected at most museums. Gramercy Bistro is a relaxing venue in the middle of the museum action.

The place was dimly lit ... and not in a good way. The heat could not be adjusted via conventional means.... heat was on full blast all of the time. If you sat near the (open) door it was freezing... if you did not, it was unbearably hot. The food was OK, but overpriced for portion size and quality. I... More

Soup wasn't hot, paella was a 3 out of 5, no discernible saffron. They told us when we made the reservation that a big party was expected at 7, so we had to be at 7: 15. We got there and there was one other party, of 4, in the place. Won't go back.

I brought a few friends here while visiting the area. Defintely among the best options in the Williamstown/North Adams corridor but could add a bit of fresh taste and ingenuity. A bit staid for my tastes, especially considering it is adjacent to a contemporary art museum (Mass MoCA). Get reservations.
