Attended a business dinner for 15 in a basement function room. The service was informed, efficient and pleasant. The food was good quality. Wine list adequate and reasonably priced. I was especially pleased with my choices of chicken livers for the appetizer and rigatoni bolognaise (a house specialty) for the main course. I took the smaller serving of the latter... More

This restaurant has changed hands many times but now it has landed in a good pair. The vibe from the moment we entered was lively and upbeat, the service attentive and the food way beyond our expectations. In our party of 4 tried the tasting menu, the Scottish Salmon, one of the entree specials and a Pasta Bolognese. Every person... More

My husband and I once loved this place. We just came back and the "new menu," is so disconcerting and there was very little that we wanted. The great ceasar is gone as is the watermelon. Items we've enjoyed for years. So very disappointed. I had the chicken liver and a salad and now I'm craving yogurt at home. My... More

I was very surprised when we went for dinner to learn that the bar menu has been discontinued. This is a real disappointment for those of us from the neighborhood who liked to drop in for a casual dinner at the bar. Unfortunately, this means that we'll eat much less often at the restaurant.

I've never been a huge fan of this neighborhood spot but like the idea of it so I've gone back. Last night, I was introduced to the "new menu" which was somewhat awkwardly explained as a tasting menu or if ordered a la carte, really small plates of food that would likely not fill us up. So, we selected a... More

We had dinner with another couple 2 weeks ago and enjoyed our food very much. Some of us had the 4-course tasting menu. Every dish was delicious, and just the right portion, so we got to taste different things without being over stuffed. Will definitely go back and try more dishes.

We've always had an excellent meal when dining here, only one bad experience when a manager hurried us out but he is now gone (we did complain). Often go with friends, nice atmosphere. Innovative dishes and an excellent bolognese sauce! Nice for celebrations.

We went as a foursome to this restaurant for their 5 course New Year's Eve dinner. The items were all interesting and unusual and we enjoyed them very much. Dining was leisurely and comfortable. Our only complaint was that the main dish of lamp chops was priced individually for $37 and yet there were only two chops.

We went to 51 Lincoln for dinner on a Saturday night. We did have reservations and didn't have to wait once we arrived. The service was prompt and we started with the most fantastic drink menu. We ended up trying the Cuba Libre and a version of a pear martini. Both were delicious! The wine selection was also decent and... More
