These are wonderful bagels, but too often when I visit I end up finding that they have run out of flavors I want to buy. Popularity has its dark side. The Challah is fantastic. Be aware they only take cash and this is an entirely take out operation.

No question that these are the best bagels in the Boston area. (Pro tip: if you order in advance they will make whole wheat everything bagels - always the first to disappear at any brunch or kiddush lunch!) But they've become known for their outstanding challah and are one of the few bakeries to make a whole wheat challah. Pretty... More

We stopped by here this morning on our way back to western ma. Great, authentic NY bagels !!!! Quick service and great prices. I could have spent mych more money but contained myself to one dozen. The best sesame bagel I have ever had.

Love the bagels. LOVE THEM. Love the honey walnut cream cheese. Like how they slice them and give you freezer bags upon request. Lox is tasty.

We really enjoy these bagels. They are deliciously fresh and the cream cheese assortments are great. I tried an olive one and it was amazing. We will definitely go to this place again. I only wish they were open more days!

This is a bagel shop, and not the best around. Finagle is much better(less than a mile away). The bagels are OK, but nothing special.

Get the bagels warm from the oven, first thing in the morning and you don't have to go to New York for the real thing.

Terrific bagels and great lox spread. The bagels are made the way they are in NY - boiled and then baked. Normal sized rather that over sized with great texture and taste. Only negative is that some of the bagels (pumpernickel, which I love) can get hard within a few hours. When I buy them, I always end up eating... More

The challah is the best within 100 miles and the bagels are nice and crispy. There is a lot of pushing and shoving on a Friday morning, but that adds to the ambiance.

No-one can compare with the bagles and challah at Rosenfelds. The bagels have the right texture and density and are nice and chewy. The challah is the perfect flavor, and great for french toast.
