We had an outstanding experience at this restaurant. Not only was everything cooked to form and expectation from a Capitol Grill, but more importantly, the service was too notch! We arrived to town late and had one of the last reservation times available. They did not push us out or hurry us. I will always choose this steakhouse chain based... More

We planned to sit at the bar and split a meal after shopping all day, but the hostess assured us that we could sit in the dining room and enjoy all the amenities, whether we split a meal or not. The filet mignon was perfect and the blue cheese dressing was chunky and delicious. Everything about it we loved.

Was my birthday but did not schedule anything since work was unpredictable. I called last minute to Capital Grille, mentioned it was my birthday and they squeezed us in, restaurant week and all. The restaurant week special was delicious, got the kona steak and husband enjoyed the filet mignon. The waitress was very helpful suggesting the steak as "medium plus"... More

We often go to this location for special occasions. We went during Boston's formerly named Restaurant week for a fixed price menu. The choices were selected from the regular menu and the same portion size. Regular A+ service. fantastic food. they did not skimp on excellence at all.

I chose Capital Grille in Chestnut Hill for a surprise birthday party for my husband. From the first contact with Caroline in the Catering Department to the food service on the night of the party, everything was PERFECT. Caroline was easy to contact, helpful and very responsive. Our servers, Joe and Tracy, went out of their way to make sure... More

I avoid going here becasue I find the steak too salty. There is nothing special about this place except the bill. For my money I'd go to Sorelina's every time. In fact, I think I'll review that restaurant instead.

I'm not a big fan of Restaurant Week as restaurants are always packed and it's typically a bit chaotic. Went to Capital Grille not knowing it started tonight. I have to say, while it was packed, they handled the crowd extremely well. The "deal" was too good to pass up so we opted for the RW menu. Everything was excellent,... More

The food and service was great. My problem is that they keep on charging more and more to eat there. The normal eat out family cannot afford the steak prices. If the meals came with a salad and side dishes it would be one thing, but these are all extra's. I will go back but only for special occassions.

I love going here with the excellent service and best cuts of meat and fish. Sorry but I don't eat red meat anymore. I was torn between the salmon or the sushi grade yellow fin tuna. I ordered the salmon but they were out so tuna it was. One of the specials was an arugula salad which I was hoping... More

Before I begin my remarks, keep in mind that we had dinner at this Capital Grille on Father's Day, which is not a good idea as the restaurant was overwhelmed with the volume of diners. I did not follow my advice to avoid eating out on important holidays. There were numerous large tables, which took up a great deal of... More
